    Default Hula hooping!

Does anyone know what exactly this does for you?

Cause Id really like to tone my midsection abit but I dont want to lose weight overall so I want to stay away from cardio but I thought hula hooping might help?

If it would then how often/how long should I do it for?

I've seen super-fitness weighted hula hoops. They look like this. http://www.sports-hoop.com/ I can only spin one way though. I don't know if you have to spin both ways for even development.

I loooove the hula hooping on the Wii! SO FUN! And you really feel it. That is a great workout You burn a lot of calories and work strength training on your midsection at the same time. It's great.
