    Default How is she getting herself to wiggle like this!?

    This is a video of an "At home" demonstration and I cant understand HOW she does this floor work.




    Its not graphic ( I didnt have to sign in to watch it).
    And please dont say its the booty, I have seen girls with less do more. I just want to get the basics of the wiggle down. She seems good at it.

    Is it the thigh pants or what......=(

    She is blessed with a huge round ass. It's a basic move, but depending on what your ass looks like, it may or may not look close to that. The one butt cheek thing takes practice though, and that's about muscle control.

    K, she is built basically like me, but I'm a bit tighter. First off, if you are tight you won't get the same bounce (you can do a less bouncy version, but it looks a LOT different)...Unless I let myself go for a bit, I can't do it because of the stairmaster. To practice tightening up one side at a time..I started out sitting down and clenching that butt cheek, then switching back and forth. After a bit stand up and tighten up your butt-cheek while tucking your pelvis under, then arching your back and sticking your ass out. Gradually speed up till you get a bouncy effect. (This worked pretty well for me. It is advice I got from a girly who was an excellent booty popper.) I've also heard girls talk about turning their toes inward then outward while pushing down toward the floor with their legs to do the booty pop...never worked for me, but you could try it.

    I figured...but when I practiced, it just looks like I'm clenching a fart in, which doesn't seem like the right muscle.     Do one at a time, instead of both at the same time. I do them while laying on my back with my knees bent.

    i recommend weighted squats to get some muscle strength in your butt cheeks. soon your cheeks will flex on their own.

    I think it's about having the perfect combination of fat and muscle. Mine won't do that. I have buns of steel.

    its def a muscle issue. if ur standing up, planting ur feet into the ground and clicking ur heels sorta like Dorthy in wizzard of oz... when ur holding the pole for support, will make ur booty pop if u dont have much ass. the cheeks kinda follow the momentum after ur feet....

    and in the vid, when shes n the ground, its in her thighs and knees... to get her ass muscles to pop. its just not obvious cuz shes good. watch it again and look at all her leg muscles working together to make the ass work the way its moving.

    just like any other move we all might do, its solely the part ur focusing on thats doing all the work, its usually a combination of all our parts working with eachother to create one effect or do one thing. ;]

    i think squats are helpful. i can't wiggle anything, but i can pop my butt cheeks
