I am considering making a trip to Atlanta. A few people have told me that Oasis is a good club. I would like some more recent information about it. I haven't worked in the area before so any info is helpful. Thanks!

Please ladies!! Give me some info! I plan to head that way this weekend. I'd like to know the style of dancers, management, house mom, etc. Along with current tipout.![]()

I would just like to second the need for the information being requested. I'll be in the ATL sometime in November and would like some more recent informaton regarding the clubs there.
Hell, for those of you who have already responded to threads like this that date back to early '08 (I've read most of them) a simple "nothing has changed" or "everything is the same EXCEPT for xyz" will do.
TIA

I worked in ATL for years.
Ok. The dance permit for Dekalb county is $350 a year. You get hired, go down to the clerk of the court. It has to be a money order and you MUST have a certified copy of your birth certificate. The process takes around 2-3 hours. For Fulton county, you have to pay for EVERY CLUB YOU WORK AT.
As far as clubs, best one is Pink Pony I think, but it isn't for beginners. It is very busy and a very fast hustle. Audition on Thursday or Friday for Elizabeth, the weekend house mom. The weekday one, Darcy, is the devil. I had the time of my life at this club. It is in Dekalb County.
Some people think the Cheetah is the best one. I never worked there but is is a gown club and they don't have poles. It's in Fulton county.
Oasis would be the third big club worth working. It isn't as nice as the other two but it gets a fair amount of traffic and I know some girls who did pretty well there. It is also in Dekalb county.
A cute little club I worked at and made some money at is Follies. The GM, Barry, is the nicest guy ever and will pay for your permit if he likes you; he paid for mine. It's in Dekalb county.
I think that's all I got but let me know any specifics you want.

I would second the recommendation for Follies.
I've worked at Oasis off and on for about six months. I did not mind day shift so much there (I have always preferred slower shifts though), but something about the atmosphere there is too much for me. It is a very aggressive, assertive, fast hustle, which I know is self evident too but it is more than I'm used to and I have worked around the country for three years and Atlanta isn't necessarily kind to those who don't click into the vibe. I mean, whatever you do, keep your head up, eyes on the horizon, and um, move your eyes in triangles only (top L to top R to down, or bottom R to bottom L to up). But make sure they don't roll if you're also fiddling with your hair. It just causes awkwardness to settle across the entire room. And yes, I am fully serious. I used to have epilepsy, and so I have the most unnatural eye movements, and it has been my D00M.
Disclaimer: I've been wrestling with my heels over which of us needs to be hung up and left to get a head right, and so I apologize for the bitchy tone. And the heels are still in my car so you can tell who has not learned their lesson...(road trip I say!!!)
All clubs require permits (cept Roosters and other hood spots), they're $350 each, need separate one for each club unless you're in Dekalb County, in which the permit works for all clubs in said county (Oasis, Follies, Flashers [white club, heard it's a little divey], and Strokers [black club]).
Pink Pony (main downtown) I have not tried, been in it though and it is wonderbread. Very thin ladies. Tattletales is another white club, right next to Looks of Atlanta (where you may want to pick up some detachable undies, or buy them at your club but make sure you are comfortable using them and it may be helpful to learn to tie knots cuz also bikinis are super useful down here, you'll be throwing stuff off and on constantly, running around making sure you're money's tucked in comfy, all that. Not friendly toward the non hand eye coordinated). Haven't worked there but been in there a couple times, a little handsy, more so than Oasis or Pink Pony but fun atmosphere, girls are very friendly, looks like a decent place.
Cheetah I worked at and abhorred. Got yelled at for touching back of customer's neck. Very conservative, also difficult to sell dances and you must be comfortable appealing to the most upscale of customers. Food is awesome though, if you're good at getting someone to pay to watch you eat, this is where you want to be.
Pink Pony South I did not love, but did not hate. The only thing that really stuck out was 1) lack of customers, 2) lack of customers with money, and 3) lack of non racist customers. Other than that though, it wasn't all that poorly run. Bouncers let me know they were gonna play "Can't Touch This" if cops were seen in the parking lot so I could give moderate contact lap dances next to but not in the VIP room area. So that was cool. Weird, but, yeah. Will let you work on DL sans permit, but you must stop any dances you are doing when MC Hammer comes on cuz they hide non permitted girls in fire escape until coast is clear. Promise you Bs, I'm not lying!
Good luck!

i've been wanting to move to atlanta from nyc for a while now but i was a little scared because the clubs seem so different. i don't know if i would make money down there. plus it's nude and i'm not used to that. from what you say it makes me a little more worried to go down there.
when you say racist customers at pink pony, what kind of people are they racist towards?
I would not say that the custies are THAT racist in Pink Pony. Everywhere you go u will meet jerks no matter what club or state. When she says racist that means towards blacks and other ethnicities but mostly blacks. The club only will hire a few black girls as it is a majority white club. However I know many celebs that frequent the spot and they are black but they do like the other races. They have never reported being treated poorly. Maybe thats because they are celebs or have money.
I believe u can make money in Atlanta. If u r a hustler u can make money. If u r the type to wait for a custie to come to u then no u wont make money. u do have to be aggressive because believe me the girls are. Can i say recession?![]()
Oasis is a nice spot. It is frequented mostly by Hispanics and Caucasians and your curious black custie will stop thru to check it out. i never been in there but i pass it all the time. it is in a very open location in norcross, ga off of peachtree industrial. it is right off a major highway at a major intersection. it is well lit. the girls make money off regular joes mostly from the abundance of nearby businesses but if u get in and build up ur clientel then u will be ok...after a while. Atlanta is typically like that. They are not too friendly to the unfamiliar face for some reason unless u r stunning.
Follies is a nice spot also as they said above. Both clubs are in Dekalb county so u will need to get a permit for Dekalb county. It cost 300 last time i got mine. they will run a background check on u so if u have any warrants dont go because they will detain u on spot. if it is ur first time, u will need a birth certificate and id.
all i can say is good luck and keep ur eyes on the prize![]()

F*&^, is there anything else you can present in lieu of a birth certificate? I was born overseas and it would take longer than a month for me to get it in my possession.
Are all counties like this?

F$#k S%$t F$#k S%$t!!!
