    Default Lost my mojo.

I feel like I have lost my mojo. Or I smell funny or something. I feel like I've been working moderately hard, I ask lots of people for dances, I talk to people for awhile, or I ask quickly, I smile, I'm pretty sure I'm still hot.. and yet I can't sell dances. The club was pretty dead tonight, but I didn't sell a single dance. Last night was busier, but not a lot of money, and a LOT of girls, and I sold 2 dances.

Even last week I made $200 on a thursday. (but I only made $240 on friday.) I am really confused and frustrated right now. To compare, my first night ever I made $450 and I usually avg. $300-ish, up to about $600, 650 on a good night.

Has this happened to anyone else? what did you do? I only work at one club and I don't do stage. I want to start working at our sister club and doing stage just to shake things up, but I guess I'm afraid of both, I've been at this club for as long as I've been dancing. (9 months).

    Help!

has your attitude toward the job changed lately? I've noticed that when i'm going through a major "i hate my job" phase my earnings go down. I always think i hide it well but customers still seem to pick up on it. I'll buy a hot new outfit, or try out new makeup or hairstyle, and my mood will improve as well as my money.

You are not the only one. It's happening to me too. I was just thinking the other night how I used to go on stage and guys would line up and when I would get off stage, they would ask me for dances. I usually had guys pay me to just go sit with them. It used to be easy to work the floor because I could see the guys that were twisting their necks to look at me. Now it seems they all sit in a closed position. Sometimes I approach and get told no even before asking. Stage is dead. I didn't even sell one dance the last time I worked. It's a snowball effect, one really bad night can ruin my mojo and I have a hard time recovering for a while.

Trying the sister club may help. Taking time off may help too. But in the end, what helps the most is when a big spender comes in the club and drops insane cash on you, then you can get your momentum going again. Maybe visualize???
