So i want to be fit. But all i really want to fix is my thighs (the sides mostly), love-handles and bum. I thought maybe skipping works. Three days ago i got a rope, (only cost me pennies.) and just tried it out for more or less 5-10 mins if that- a miserable first try too.
But for the next two days my bun actually hurt, and i never hurts no matter what i do to it. And my carves was in a worse shape-I mean at times i could not walk properly. I知 in good shape-well i do the pole often. But i知 no fitness freak.
So i think it works OK-i mean i feel it a LOT. I知 gonna try to do it every day from here on after. I think I値l do 20mins (I might die in the end of it) or so before work. And a bit this intensive sculpting yoga thing i have recorded on sky-if i can.
Do you think it'll make a noticeable difference for the beginning of December? Anyone ever do skipping?
