Avery, you're welcome to your opinion. But I'll stand by my earlier comment that if a perfectly healthy girl like that looks "pregnant", then most hot chicks I've seen in the last 20 years must have been in their 2nd trimester!
Now here's my contribution to the thread:

^ most people have no idea what "healthy" is. That much fat around the midsection (in the so called "pregnant" photo) is not healthy at all. There is nothing healthy about having fat that close to your internal organs. Just as its not healthy to starve yourself either. The one above is definitely closer to healthy. But Margarita villains 1480 actually looks most healthy to me. To have that much abdominal definition she needs to be eating enough to gain muscle but clean enough for it to show. All Im saying is the health debate is poop! You like curvy or thicker or fuller figure or whatever you want to call it, but its not "healthy". Most of those girls probably eat whatever they want and don't go to the gym at all = not healthy.

Not healthy according to whom?...
From a medical standpoint (and you can look this up), for a woman in her mid-20s, a healthy range of body fat would be between 21-32 percent. Can you honestly tell me that the girl I posted is above that? More importantly, can anyone tell me with a straight face that most of the girls in this thread aren't under that percentage?
Most of the bodies posted here can only be made through starving yourself. And it's really a sign of the times we live in that those girls don't get called out but the one I posted does. Some of them are so scrawny I honestly don't know if they can even menstruate!
As for the pic in 1480, that one comes down to a matter of taste. I find her a bit too hard-looking and I think she needs about 10 lbs to give her a softer appearance and make her face look less drawn and angular -- but I can assure you if most girls in this thread looked like that I would not be complaining. At least she actually has an ass and some toned flesh on her bones!
Even apart from the health issue, bones just aren't feminine to me. They give the body a rough, scrawny look that is about as womanly as a hairy chest. Petite women have normal weight distribution and are not boney. Here's a good example of a naturally petite woman (not by today's standards!)...It's 80s porn icon, Ginger Lynn. She was the first woman I ever saw nude when I discovered my dad's porn mags:)

Girls who eat whatever they want and don't go to the gym at all do not look like that. They look like Rosie O'Donnell. I'm usually drawn to girls like the one in my pic, and I've never met one who had an unhealthy lifestyle or didn't exercise regularly. Most of those girls probably eat whatever they want and don't go to the gym at all = not healthy.

tars, most of the women posted here don't look significantly skinnier than me (though they're mostly more toned), and I'm a perfectly healthy weight for my height. All this concern over "healthy" is honestly pretty fucked up because you don't actually KNOW them or anything and healthy can be hard to tell from just a picture.

I have never seen a picture of you, so I can't comment on this one way or the other.
Complete nonsense. I don't have to know somebody to be able to look at their picture and see that they look scrawny. Anyone with common sense can tell the difference between a naturally thin person and an emaciated one -- the difference shows in both body and face. Your points here are the common excuses people resort to when they just want to defend this stuff no matter what. All this concern over "healthy" is honestly pretty fucked up because you don't actually KNOW them or anything and healthy can be hard to tell from just a picture.
And FWIW, all the girls I do know who currently look like this didn't look anywhere near as boney just ONE year ago. This goes for every single one of them. I also couldn't care less about one person's opinion being different than mine...What I do care about is this shit being so quickly accepted as the standard of beauty and girls tripping over themselves to conform to it.
I asked Mr Rogers what he thought of TT's inability to recognize that different people have different tastes in preferred body figures and different women are healthy at different body fats and weights based on genetics, frame size..etc.
See Mr Rogers response below.

I'll let that pathetic attempt at an insult slide this time. But if you had an ounce of common sense you would have understood that you're actually making my point for me. My whole argument is based on the fact that "different women are healthy at different body fats and weights based on genetics, frame size". I even offered medical data to back it up.
Now the question is do YOU really believe what you said? ....
If you did, you would actually see how stupid it is that ONE size is being shoved down society's throat as the only acceptable, healthy shape for women.
If you did, you would see how sad it is that beautiful girls are starving themselves to conform to this moronic size-two ideal that only looks good on those who are naturally that size.
This is all just common sense. You react to it this way because you're just one of the herd who have bought into the hype and it's easier for you to curse at those who point out the problem than to face the obvious truth. And I couldn't care less if the truth pisses you off.

This is the Goddess Kelly Brook. And if anyone tries to tell me she looks pregnant I'll piss on my laptop and throw it out the window.:)

First Trimester?

I think she looks AMAZING!

TT, I think you'd appreciate this thread.
(if you haven't seen it already)
Lots of "womanly" bodies in there.
(A lot I find gorgeous too.)
I love a good hip to waist ratio on the "thicker" girls.
(don't know what words to use to be non offensive..sorry)
I definitely can appreciate a girl with curves...with tits and ass.
I don't have that, and have always just been tall and lanky
Which is why I personally identify with finding perfection in the thinner girls. (if that makes sense)![]()

^ Thanks. I've seen that thread. I do prefer curvy girls but what turns me on more than anything is a proportionate figure. I am attracted to and have dated naturally petite women too.
What turns me off is when the girl's body is clearly over or under what her natural range would be. And the tell-tale signs are very easy to spot even if you've never seen the person before. If a naturally size-2 woman tries to look like a size 10, she'll just look round and pudgy. If a curvy girl tries to look like a size 2, she'll look emaciated and boney. The latter problem is the one I keep seeing lately, and I find it just as unattractive and unhealthy as the former.
Here's a picture comparison of Crystal Renn who actually wrote a book detailing the horrible things models put themselves through. It's really when you see side-by-side pictures of the same girl that you realize how fucked up the media and fashion world's concept of beauty has become. People would have to be full of crap to not realize how much healthier and sexier she looked after she stopped trying to conform to that nonsense.
crystal-renn-size-12-af24e.jpg
That's crap.

Tarstone my health sciences degree and working in the fitness industry for 8 years and now I study vet (fair enough animals) but I know a lot about science and biology tells me what is healthy. All Im saying you are stating your preference. Not specifically what is healthy. For example I think Coco has a banging body but its not healthy. I don't think bones protruding is healthy at all either. FYI I can eat fast food 3x a day and not work out and the heaviest Ill get at 5'7" is 145lbs - far from Rosie O'donnel. I did it for 2 years. So if having a high muscle mass and low body fat percentage is unhealthy I guess most elite athletes are unhealthy. Starving yourself is not healthy. But eating shit and not working out is not healthy and sorry if even a naturally larger woman ate properly... she wouldn't be large. The fact of the matter is most people put shit in their bodies. If you eat food that you could either kill or grow, unprocessed. You can eat as much as you want and you won't be fat. Meat and veggies very simple.

I have to say that the 'pregnant' pic looks exactly like my tummy did at 5 months pregnant with my first pregnancy. I quit club work at 6.5 months as it was very noticeable at that stage (twins).
Fortunately people just thought I was podgy until the last 2 weeks.
Though my personal taste in women is 'softness' rather than hard defined muscles and ribs/pelvises, her tummy is disproportionately big to me.
Theres no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying till you run out of cake

This does not address or argue against anything I've said. You saying Coco "doesn't look healthy" is based purely on your own ideas and has no context whatsoever in medical or biological issues. She has always looked well within her BMI and is also within the healthy 21-32 percent range of body fat. She just isn't a petite woman by nature and I personally think she looks much healthier than most of the women in this thread who show more bones than a bio lab skeleton.
This screams of body image issues. It's so pathetic I almost feel bad replying. I love how after the media started putting skeletors on a pedestal all the sudden women are falling over themselves to parrot the same bullshit. If that girl is overweight or unhealthy, we'd have to believe that 99% of women were unhealthy until 2011! It makes no sense whatsoever.
If you even understood the health issues involved, you'd know that no one has ever had a heart attack from looking like the girl in the after picture, but plenty have developed eating disorders and serious health complications from trying to look like the anorexic version in the before one. Any health professional would laugh at the suggestion that the after girl is unhealthier. And that's the bottom line.
I'm not a chubby chaser and not a singe girl I've posted looks even remotely chubby. The problem is you have a body image disorder. Up until last year we used to see pics like that from other dancers posted here all the time and each pic would get multiple thanks and compliments. If this was just a year or two ago, most of the girls in this this thread sticking up for this bullshit would have taken the other side. Yet all the sudden they think any girl weighing over 100 lbs is "unhealthy" and "pregnant".:) Brainwashed much?So you're a chubby chaser. Good for you. Stop trolling, and stop calling the women in the other pictures "little boys."
As for the "little boy" part, sorry if the truth hurts. The boy thing may be an exaggeration, but when a woman is not naturally petite, you can only take so much curves away from her before she looks eerily like a young girl between 11-13 years old. This is not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of eyesight. I look at some of these waifs on magazine covers and internet sites and I'm honestly creeped out. Their bodies either look starved or prepubescent.
