My boyfriend and I joke that we are on a "hunger strike", but seriously. For like two weeks, I haven't wanted to eat. At all. I will literally make something, take two bites, get grossed out, and pitch it. And like four bites will fill me up. It's weird. I usually eat about 4-6 times a day!!
We went out to lunch yesterday to a place I love. We filled up on chips and salsa (like assholes), and ended up taking 9/10ths of our food home. I did eat some of it when I got home from work last night though. Our fridge is full of full take out boxes. It's really ridiculous.
I'm not particularly stressed, I drink a metric ass ton of water ( I actually drink exclusively water unless I'm out drinking with my friends a few times a week), I get lots of sleep. I am very busy but it isn't a case of forgetting to eat. It's a case of feeling like every time I eat I have to force myself.
Normally I am of the school of thought that if you're not hungry don't eat and vice versa, but I've lost about five pounds this week.
Ever go through a phase where food doesn't interest you? What did you do about it?
