Off topic but I was reading some of those t-shirts with sayings on them in a girt shop. One was:

I have the body of a god!

    (unfortunately, it's Buddha)

Most of the fat acceptance movement denies that being fat is inherently unhealthy. They link to http://junkfoodscience.blogspot.com/ quite a lot.

Drop her - she's not your friend.

You are her friend - but she's not yours!

Ditch unhealthy and unhappy people as soon as it starts to affect YOU. Be supportive and uplift and have sympathy and all that. Doing those things should make you feel GOOD. But when you're doing GOOD and it makes you feel BAD... stop it.

It's no different than a hard core heroin addict or meth head. Or even cigarette smokers. What if you had a friend who was always putting a syringe or pipe or cigarette in your hand? You'd be like... "Betch - no!" lol

Any time we actively contribute to our own deaths...its fucking horrible and destructive.

Get away from her if she doesn't want to get help.

Exactly! It's the misery loves company thing...she doesn't want to see you improve yourself because it reminds her that she's doing nothing. It doesn't sound like she's as happy with herself as she says/believes she is.

You aren't pushing your lifestyle on her, why should she assume its okay for her to push hers on you? That's not right. Just pay no attention to it. If she feels fine like she is, then let it be. You want to change how your weight is, that is up to you and only you.

Just ANOTHER example.. i went to the gym, and she called me as i was leaving.. we chatted for a bit, and asked me what i was doing. Told her i just got done with the gym, and was heading home and looking forward to eating a big ol' salad with fat free raspberry vinagrette. She instantly is like 'oh no , you NEED to have full fat vinagrette, or just drizzle olive oil on your salad.'. I told her 'uh huh okay gotta run' . UGH. i'm not talking to her much anymore, not answering her calls, letting this friendship run it's course... and sure as hell not getting fat to make HER happy!

Kraft FF Rasberry Vinegarette is the TRUTH.

BUT... pre made salad dressings are shitty ingredient wise.

I actually kinda wanna make a thread right quick

If you know this is how she is, why do you need to specify that your food is "fat free?"
