I worked for them for less than two weeks. My experience was *awful*. If you read these forums http://psosupport.com/forums/ you can find an assload of really negative info about the company. Although I'm sure that no one is 100% bad or good, I've met the guy who runs the company irl (he lives across the bridge in LouKy) and he doesn't seem like a bad guy, but between hundreds of girls on Madamay never getting paid and the demise of his prior company (where, from what I understand, many others never got paid) I would not bother with them at all.
I never got paid, but (as with most companies) you have to make a minimum amount before they'll send you a check. In 40+ hours of log time, I didn't even get 60 minutes of talk time ergo, no paycheck. From what I remember, their pay scale wasn't even that awesome anyway.
If you're interested in dispatch, I would recommend poking the PSO boards a bit. Also, even though I recently quit working for the Papillon Agency, they have a great reputation and I feel it is well-deserved. You get a guaranteed hourly wage in addition to mandatory training that helps you keep callers on longer (increasing your hold time and therefore, your hourly pay)
I think UniversalTalk is another one with a pretty good reputation...
But no, Madamay does not have a good reputation at all.

Thanks, I googled it and actually found some bad stuff on psosupport about pso's not getting paid. It's a shame so many of these places do these kinds of things. I tried Universal Talk, but no response. I was thinking Uslove, but I will check out Papillon as well.

Does papillon make you work a set schedule?

dunno if this will help any but i've worked for both Bolevard Entertainment aka Papillion and Usa chat. Papillion was great but damn having a phone to my ear the WHOLE time almost drove me nuts but they pay you up to $17 an hour if you're REALLY good. Usa chatline wasn't worth it. Though they paid on time..each and every time... it just wasn't lucrative enough for me to call it a source of income. I'd suggest going through the companies on and finding the company that works for you. Hope this helps hun.

Papillon has you pick out a schedule every week. I think you have to work a minimum of 45 hours in a two week period or something like that and it's in 4 hour blocks. (They seemed pretty nice, and said that if you need to break up their normal blocks/shift, to ask and see what works out).
