Default How would you work me?

Say I was switching to your club from mine. If you knew these facts, how would you work me to make me "yours"?

    - consistent day customer

    - unattractive average white guy office worker in his 40s

    - don't drink or like to buy others drinks when I go to the club...I'm there for stages, private dances, and a little conversation only

    - not a cheapskate and not a big spender...right down the middle, a solid, frequent, medium-spending regular

    - except for one episode a couple of years ago, do not spend all my time/money on one girl

    Go.

    If I worked days:

Walk up, smiling and use the following conversation that has worked for me for eight years (if it's my first hour on the floor):

"Hey there cupcake, how are you?"
    [I'm good how are you?]
"I'm doing fantastic! I just got here, so I am nice and fresh and full of energy. Have you been here before?"
[oh yes, I've been here x times etc etc]
"Ah. So you know we have the cutest girls in town! Where are you from?"
    [I'm from here]
Option A: "Oh really? I just moved here from X location. I love it here! (list several reasons why)
    [I'm from X town]
Option B: "Nice! I've been there / have visited before (list several things I like about said location)"
"Well you know, us dancers are pretty superstituous. We always say if we start our day off with a great guy, we will have an awesome day. But if we start with a bad guy... you know. ( smile, wink, nod). So since you seem like a pretty awesome guy, I think you should start me off and be my good luck charm!"

I'd approach you just like anyone else. Where are you from, have you been here before etc. Then, at some point the waitress would come by, and you would not offer me a drink, so I would ask if you were ready for a dance. If you said no, I'd move on to the next guy. If you said yes, I'd do the dance(s), and offer you a tour of the champagne rooms.

Walk over, tall, proud, and confident. Say "good afternoon, my name is _____," and extend my hand. If I get a positive signal of attraction from your response and body language, I will motion over to an empty seat, and say "shall we chat" or "shall we get to know each other a moment", while indicating to the empty seat. Oh and nodding, and preferably still squeezing your hand, so I can get an idea of your arousal.

Then, the usual, as above. Hit you up the the dance within 2 songs. I don't need a drink. And I usually don't ask, I say, "let's dance", and get ready to move into your lap.

That sounds kind of aggressive huh? It really isn't in practice. And if you say no, I will again shake your hand, and walk away smiling, gracefully.

If you saw me on dayshift you would instantly know that I don't belong the there and I'm the best damn thing you'll ever see on that shift. Then you would come up to me and say Hello , buy ME a drink and drain your wallet. LOL ( I'm a Night girl)

I just spit Budweiser on my keyboard. I can't imagine being called cupcake by a dancer. Maybe Pillsbury Dough Boy, but not cupcake.

    Go.

LOL You just described the entire dayshift customer base at all of the dive clubs I go to.

I, of course, do not fit this customer description.

This is EXACTLY why I do it! It always elicits a response, and usually a smile. Ice: broken. Warmth: created.

    How. Completely. Offensive.

But, what do I know? I'll just go back into my tower to ring the bell.. since I'm a day girl and all.

^^ LOL I agree; however, am still laughing. At the clubs I work at there is no difference in attractiveness between the day shift and night shift girls. I figure girls who work the day shift either a) wanna go out and party that night or b) wanna stay home and f*ck their boyfriend/husband that night. Anyways those are the reasons I sometimes work days. I also think the reason some girls don't work days is they can't carry a conversation beyond "wanna dance" so they are actually secretly unable to work them.

    As for the OP...

I would walk up with a big smile. Give you a hug and kiss on the cheek and say,

Me: "Hello! I'm Jessie! Haven't seen you here before. Is this your first time here?"
    You: No first time
Me: "Awww well welcome!" If your body language/expression is positive then stroking your hand lots of eye contact. "what made you wanna check it out?"
You: I usually go to x but felt like a change
Me: "Oh ya I've been there. Great club! I think you'll like it here too because xxInsert something that makes our club betterxx"
Usually after a comment like that customers will follow up with a little insight as to what they liked about the other club ie. specific dancer, feature shows, prices etc etc. I will use this insight to guide me on my specific sell but basically use a variation of:
"Well I'd love you show you why you should make this your new favourite club. Why don't we go for a private dance and have some fun?"(tickling the palm of your hand with my nails, tilt head and shy smile)

I walk by.. you follow me with your eyes wherever I go.. I come up and say "you like what you see? it gets better in the LD room.. let's go I"ll show you.. No I dont wanna chat over a "few drinks".. I'm not good in talking, but i'm great in dancing so lets not waste time and start having some fun".. you nod your head, get up and follow me drooling LoL.. this pitch takes 30 seconds combined with intense body language that screams I WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST LAP DANCE YOU EVER HAD IN YOUR LIFE.

Despite the fact that I'm just average in the looks department, using lines exactly like this would get me a lot of $$.

Having this kind of killer confidence can really pique a guy's curiosity, and open his wallet. Cleopatra was no beauty, but men still waged war over her affections....Just something to think about.

Outside of the club, I agree with this 100%... I love confidents girls...

But, in the club, its a little different... I pick the dancers based on these factors: (1) looks and (2) personality. I can meet and talk to pretty and confident girls in any bar... I am 10X more selective in the SC, because I'm paying money for this privilege. It's like buying bottled water, you expect it to be much better than the water you can get for free.

So, if I've scanned the SC and found the 3 hottest dancer, then, I will look at those 3 to determine who seems to have the nicest personality, i.e. she is laughing and flirting a lot and appears to be enjoying her job. I don't care if the dancer is a little shy and insecure, in fact, that can be very cute. (As long as her shyness doesn't interfere with the eroticism of the dance.) But, she has to be super-hot and very friendly.

An overconfident dancer that just sits at my table and starts to chat without an invitation from me has a 80% chance of getting an immediate rejection (in a polite manner - like - "Oh, I'm sorry I'm waiting for another dancer."). I like to choose my dancer - I like the dancers that ask, "Would you like company" before they sit with me. There have been a few exceptions to this rule, where a very assertive dancer was so charming that I ended up buying dances from her, even though she wouldn't have made it to the top 5 of my list. It doesn't happen often, but I'll admit that these ended up being the best dances I've had.

Don't worry about it. I've been to my club at both day and night, and the day girls are wayyyyyy hotter. In fact, at most clubs I've been to, the first-string day girls are the really hot ones who get high-dollar regulars or SDs just from being so hot and attentive the guy falls in love.

I agree. One of the clubs I work at the guys prefer girls who are a little shy and submissive. It's like they want to think they are making you naughty or something. I act shy and quiet there although that is basically the exact opposite of my personality. I haven't tried it at other clubs I work at though because I don't think it would work.

I agree whole heartedly. I will admit that, sure, some of the girls on dayshift are there because they're either too new to dancing for nights, or they need to tone up, or whatever. But there are certainly many girls who -could- be working nights, self included. I work days because I like my nights open, I want time with my bf, it fits my school schedule better, and honestly.. I'm just not fond of the "night crowd" as far as strip clubs are concerned. I will work a night here and there if I need to, I just prefer days. Many girls feel the same way.
