    Default Sore Muscles

Okay, so I now that it is normal to be really sore the day after you work. I had my second day on Wednesday and I wanted to work again tonight, but my legs are still too sore and my knees are really bad bruised up. I just wanted to know how long did it take you guys to get used to this? I would like to work at least 3-4 days a week but right now its taking me like 3 days just to heal.

It takes a little while for your legs to get strong enough and for your skin to toughen up. After a month you should be just fine.

You can wear stockings to cover up the bruises on your knees, and it can really help your legs to do squats despite the pain. It builds up the muscles you need to walk in the shoes all night.

In a few months you will be amazed at how much stronger your legs are!

Hang in there! It does get easier with time. I can go weeks now without getting one bruise or sore muscle and then it's like all the sudden I'm hit by a transport truck. I've come home from work last night absolutely covered in bruises and sooo sore! Use deep heat, anti-inflammatories, take glucosamine, wear stockings. Unless you are actually injured, there is no need to rest too long in my opinion.

Same issue here I wanted to go in so bad tonight for UFC night. But my body hurts so bad. But it seems like if you do force yourself to go in,once you get on the floor your muscles loosen up and don't ache...that is until you go home, but hey, money or rest?...I say money! Lol

I stopped crawling around on the floor about 3 years into my stripping career.

Take a hot bath and do yoga. I just recently got into the relaxing bath thing....but yoga has saved me from aches and pains for the last 10 years!

I love the burn in my thighs the day after working the club. It's a good pain and it gets me excited to do more. Only thing I don't like is the bruising on my knees but they are getting less severe each time I do it, so hopefully soon they'll hardly form at all.

Actually, I've noticed my knees kind of have this permanent ashy look to them, but they do toughen up.

Stretch once you get home. Like a good hour before going to bed. It will really help prevent you from being stiff and feeling broken in the morning. The bath idea also helps.
