Default My hair is getting on my nerves!

Has anyone ever tried those clip in fringes? I really want a side sweeping fringe but don't have the right kind of hair for it. In all honesty, I don't have the right kind of hair for anything (sorry if this turns into a hair rant lol) The good things about it are its naturally blonde, half way down my back and dries poker straight, straight from the shower. The bad things are it only does straight, wont hold a curl or wave for love nor money, its very fine, baby soft and flat as the proverbial pancake.
Would clip in extensions thicken it up and give it a bit of ooomph? I'd be worried about getting the colour and length right and looking ridiculous.
does anyone else have boring hair like me? If so, what do you do with it? Drying upside down, back combing, heated rollers......tried them all :-(

Mine is fine, but not that fine. I use volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Have you tried Big Hair products? I also use the gel on the roots, and mousse it with Big Hair mousse. My mom has baby fine hair and she frosts hers, and that helps. Anything to add texture.... She also uses texture sprays.

Here's a link with a lot of ideas for you:

The problem with clip-ins and thin hair... is that it can be difficult to cover up the seams... and you end up with a big bump inbetween where the clip ins end and your hair starts.

Especially if you're already having difficulty styling your hair to begin with.

I think you could get away with a couples rows of extensions but not a full head as someone said it would be hard to hide them, make sure they have the small clips aswel. That would make your hair abit thicker, well i really love my clip in extensions.

    Maybe a few longer layers?
What shade of blonde is it? because maybe just a few low lights would make it appear to have more depth or you dont want to go to extremes as dying.
