Did you take the pics down? I'm confused.

Im not a doctor but I think those have bottomed out too much. Maybe the pocket was too large for the implant? They dont look horrible though, they still look nice. I dont think going smaller would make them sit up higher. did you go under or through the arm pit?

It looks like you are pretty muscular (from your arms anyway) so I think they look good, you should wait to have them redone if you haven't had them long because they will change up to a year later (at least mine did).

You may have gone too large for your original size. Your breast tissue doesn't seem to cover the implant well. Maybe the pocket was made too small by your doctor also where it looks slightly bottomed out. Because of the bottoming out, I think it looks less natural.
They are also not sitting close enough together on your chest.
It looks like you went through the nipple? They seemed to be healed nicely, if so.
Do some research on doctors and go in for a bunch of free consults. Looking at before and after work is important.
I went to a ok doctor my first time and I ended up needing a redo pretty bad and I didn't realize it until one of my girlfriends pointed it out. It hurt pretty bad at the time but it was an easy fix.

The size is fine they look to be about a c cup.Go to Dr david edwin kim of beverly hills web site, hes amazing. My results are a full c small d so perfect,i get endless compliments my moneys increased.Im so happy they look natrual as well.
good luck

agreed on waiting for at least a couple more months to see what sort of changes are going to occur naturally.
I don't think they look 'off' at all. I think they look nice and that you should wait a few more months before doing anything. I don't think they are too big and I think you should've gone bigger. If you were trying for a 'natural' look then that may be why you want them smaller, because they do look fake. I LOVE a fake round look however and I want my implants bigger so I biased. If you are still seriously unhappy a few months from now, then get them re done. I think they look good, and they will change in their first year. Keep in mind that the smaller the implant the more narrow the implant, so don't go too small or you risk looking retarded. They will appear more natural looking over time, especially if the boobs are recently done.

I don't see anything...
