Hmm, I have a bit of sag when I'm crawling or whatever....like if I look down my body while crawling my lower tummy hangs down and inch or so right in the middle and looks like I have a tiny pooch. Ick!! It isn't super bad or anything, but I'm paranoid about it and only do crawling floorwork with my g-string still on, or I make sure it's not super easy to see my tummy. Since it seems to be just skin that isn't super tight a tiny g-string fixes it pretty well. I use all the firming lotions and do dry brushing and take CLA but nothing has fixed this.

Since you are pretty young there is a good chance yours will tighten back up tho. Try the CLA, plenty of water, Omega 3's and 6's, dry brushing and a good lotion and of course avoid sun exposure which reduces skin elasticity dramatically.

Do lots of crunches, and suck in when you do them. Also practice belly rolls and hip shimmies (2 popular bellydance motions) which you can do while sitting down at your computer, taking a shower, watching tv, laying in bed, anywhere

this ab slide rocks my world!
    http://popular.ebay.com/ns/Sporting-Goods/Ab-Slide.html
i've been using it since college, so like 7 yrs now! i remember me and my roommates all used it to get in shape for cancun, and we really looked killer. its so easy to do, and just a little bit goes a super long way. i forget about it sometimes, i broke it out a few weeks ago again and the first time my stomach was sore for 3 days, in a good way
also, it seems to help build long lean muscles which is what you're going for.

A seaweed wrap could help tighten the skin

maybe try one of those bands you wrap around your stomach to make you sweat more.
