    Default Ladies, Tell us your fitness/beauty regimens?

    I've put on an extra 10 pounds over the past couple years. & I really need some motivation to get back where I used to be. I've been feeling down for the past couple of months. & I know it has affected my money.

    So, tell me your own personal fitness regimen. How many days/hours do you work out for? etc etc. & Beauty!!! What do you do daily/weekly lookin beautiful and stayin in tip top shape!?! I need some motivation! <3

    My personal advice, because it's what worked for me, is to do something that you ENJOY doing. Back when I was working 6 days a week, I was in killer shape from all the dancing, and had a fitness model kind of body. Then when this semester rolled around I stopped working so much and the love handles are back with a vengeance! I was about to get a gym membership, but decided against it because I know I'd never go. So I bought myself a pole instead. (x-pole, this thing is the shit) Not only was it cheaper than a membership, but it's here 24 hours! I had been using it for an hour 3/4x a week, but I'm ramping it up to 5-6x in anticipation of our busy season. Also, lots of stretching.

    Sunday: 60 minutes Spin Class/60 min Yoga

    Monday: 60 min Spin class/30 minutes low-moderate intensity cardio at 75% Max Heart Rate on elliptical in the AM; 60 minutes weights with trainer/30 minutes walking on treadmill with 65% Max Heart Rate in the PM

    Tuesday: 60 min spin class/30-45 min cardio at 65% MHR

    Wednesday: 60 min weights with personal trainer/30 min cardi0 at 65% MHR

    Thursday: One week rest, other week 60 mins cardio at 65-80% MHR

    Friday: 60 minutes 24Lift Class/30 min cardio at 65%

    Saturday: 60 minutes cardio at 65-80% MHR

    i dont take fitness classes anymore i just work really hard on the pole doing really energetic dances. i love it, i make money of it, and i can cancel my gym membership its great

    Pilates class / or dvd at home 4 days a week. Lift weights 1 day a week for 30 minutes, and eat a vegetarian diet. Tonalin CLA pills and a TON of water every day!! Sleep too..

    My BF is getting me a pole for Christmas, so I'm pretty excited to get serious about it and tone up.

    I've gone 75% raw, and quickly have been losing weight. I'm not a big fan of exercising to be honest, and rarely do it. In the summer I'll go roller blading or what not, but I usually just do toning exercises in my room and it works like a charm for me.
