My personal advice, because it's what worked for me, is to do something that you ENJOY doing. Back when I was working 6 days a week, I was in killer shape from all the dancing, and had a fitness model kind of body. Then when this semester rolled around I stopped working so much and the love handles are back with a vengeance! I was about to get a gym membership, but decided against it because I know I'd never go. So I bought myself a pole instead. (x-pole, this thing is the shit) Not only was it cheaper than a membership, but it's here 24 hours! I had been using it for an hour 3/4x a week, but I'm ramping it up to 5-6x in anticipation of our busy season. Also, lots of stretching.
