AND I had the flu, so i thought they would just think i wasnt serious about working and not let me come back to start. well, i came back and they got me set up.. but it took the a fucking HOUR for them to get my orientation going and i felt sooooo brushed off, like no one wanted to help me! the day manager and the night manager kept shoving me in both directions, having me wait forever to get started. it was irritating, and discouraging. they really dont
help you all that much. and since my club is higher end, they kinda expect you to know already whats going on. i never danced before so i had so many questions ..... this week was my first week, and i can tell you that club managers and staff vary at different places, but mine started to warm up to me after the second night, and after mingling and tipping them well.. so just stick it out girl, cuz its def worth it if you can.
