Default Connecticut and a dumb ?

I live in New Haven, CT. I know that there are a couple of great clubs here but I don't want to dance too close to home. Does anyone know of any good clubs in the area? I am 5'6'', 140lbs, and blond so I guess I couldn't work anywhere that wants really skinny girls.

I've heard Bridgeport is really...dirty. I don't want to work anywhere that there are extras. And I don't want to work anywhere where I would end up with an unfair charge on my record. But I was thinking about trying Ruby's 2.... I did a search on this and the clubs that were suggested (Mardi Gras, Rockstar) were over an hour away from me. I am going to school so I don't have 2 hrs a day to spend driving.

Also I had a really silly newbie question. Ok so LDs are one song. So the guy says he wants a dance, you go over to the lap dance area, and it is the middle of a song. Do you wait for a new song to start? Do you start dancing and give him half a song dance?

    Thank you for your help!

i dont know anything about Connecticut but i can help you with your other question!

I go over with him and its in the middle of a song. I'll say, "Okay, well, let's just wait for the next song to start, so that you get a whole song!" and then I'll have him sit down and I'll sit on his lap (if that's allowed) and chat, and seem happy to get to have his company while we wait, they like it if i (pretend to) like being on or around him even before they pay for it. It's a good investment, they like you more if they think you like them, and then they're more likely to buy additional dances after that.

Thank you for the response! I decided on just going with Stagedoor Johnny's in New Haven. It just makes the most since. If someone I know comes in I guess I will just have to deal with it then.

My first night was really scary! It was easier than I thought it was going to be because I didn't have to hustle for dances, I just had guys coming up to me all night. But it was a bit more difficult in a way too, because I felt like I was going to get eaten alive lol. All the attention made me really nervous, but hopefully it will get better with time.

Hey I work in Connecticut too, and also in MA. CT has some good clubs and some dirty clubs, but no matter where you go it's going to be like that. You just have to be the bigger person and not do any extras yourself. I guarantee you will make money regardless of what anybody else is doing as long as your worry about yourself. So check out a couple clubs nearby because it really doesn't really change the more you travel. I'm sure you will find a club you like! If you have any more specific questions about CT clubs let me know because it seems like not too many people dance in our tiny state!
