    Default Orientation

I'm just curious how many clubs offer orientation on your first night.

The one I first started at gave me nothing. I was the first and only girl in at 4pm and had to go up on stage with absolutely no instruction, and I'd never even seen a girl strip on stage before.

I went up to the manager two seconds before he told me to get on stage and asked if I was to get fully nude or not.

When I read that some clubs give you orientations, I was really surprised. I got no guidance whatsoever from him or the other girls. About three weeks in the manager asked if I was getting any dances and then told me to tan more and that was it.

wow that really sucks! at every club i've been to the manager usually explains the rules before i started. at my very first club the housemom had one of the high earners teach me stuff. she was sooo nice. i've never seen a lapdance before so she had to show me how to do it. she even gave me an outfit to wear and keep because my dress was awful

i went in early to meet one of the managers who used to dance, and it awesome because she brought her 1-one-year baby son in and put him on the stage with us in his Baby Elmo chair and towel, and at first i was nervous but when i saw her trying to dance all sexy while he was babbling and drooling and trying to crawl around, and all the club lights were on, I just thought it was so WEIRD and hilarious that when the club officially opened i just imagined the baby there onstage and I wasn't as scared to be there anymore.

Ugh,what?....baby...stripclub.....stage...mother dancing....the world is ending....has to be. Excuse my utter disgust....this is the equivalent to word vomit.

I didn't get a orientation...but I was able to watch other girls on stage...I was on my own when it came to lap dances.

I went in a couple of weekends before I started to get a feel for the place, ask questions, talk to the girls etc, the house mum took my number and txted back with answers to any other questions i had. The night i started i got on the pole before the club officially opened to see what i could manage, we dont strip downstairs anyway so i wasnt worried about that. I was shown how to give a lap dance by another girl and where to get changed/put my stuff etc.

I got up on the pole a little later and the girls gave me pointers while i danced (the club wasnt busy) My orientation was different to that of girls who have danced before coz they just tend to get shown around quickly (VIP room etc) and left to it, they took care of me coz i was a newbie! The manager even told me which blokes to try for dances on my 2nd night! Bless!

I wasn't even shown where to give lapdances at first! My first customer had to show me!

Ha. I got no orientation till I was on the job for two days and then I got yelled at for a bunch a shit I didn't know. I've been learning by instinct and the occasional "pull-aside".

i got an orientation, which i asked as many questions as i could in the time i was given, and the manager was HELLA cool so i felt ok asking questions... then he set me loose and i pretty much watched otehr girls walk up and talk to ppl/pull them up and get dances and give them. so i just sat at the bar for a few minutes before i approached guys and then BAM i felt like a veteran. the second night i made over 900 and that was just from me observing other dancers and feeling confident like i was already one of them.
