I tip out twenty. Ten goes to the housemom and ten goes to the dj.
Our tip outs are: $45 to house (doesnt matter what time you get there), $5 to security, $5 to DJ and $5 to management. So, $60 for small town usa.....corn fields of Iowa!

Depends on how many floorhosts or if the housemom is there ~ anywhere from $40 upwards (more counting your LD's - $5 for each) .
Ours is based on the time that you arrive, plus you have to tip-out $5 to the DJ, $5 to both managers, and $5 to the bouncer who walks you to your car. If you're there for dayshift and stay onto past the 7pm into nightshift, you'll have to tipout those managers and the night DJ $5 each too, but there's only one house fee per day.
Before opening (11am) = free
11am-4pm = $20
4pm-7pm = $30
After 7pm = $40
And we keep all our lapdance money, tips etc.
We only pay rent ($10) and tip out DJs whatever, which is not enforced. I usually tip them out around 10% or more, at least $10. I don't want to piss them off, they can really affect my stage tips!

I tip 10% of my total to the manager and 10% to the DJ, so I tipout a total of 20% of my daily earnings.
Our house fee depends on what time we get there anywhere from $0-45 I think. We have to tip out the DJ, bouncers, house mom, and valet before we can leave. I'm not sure what the minimum is but we basically pay them to like us, so I tip the DJ at least 15, the bouncers at least 20, the house mom at least 10, and the valet at least 5.
at my club we have to pay $50 a night, and 5 bucks from every vip, which is 25 a song. $10 table dances we get to keep.
50 wouldnt be so bad, but when your average is 100 bucks AFTER paying the 50 dollar tipout...its quite a chunk.
when you're working a saturday night, and you make $91 bucks after paying them 50, and you've made the most in the club??
ya...pretty shitty

First club was $30 during the week, $50 friday and saturday. But usually, our manager was doing EVERYTHING, and he never enforced tipout, unless you did ridiculously well. Bartender, when we had one, was paid by the club, so we only tipped her to get us drinks. Dance cuts were insane (50% give or take).
The one I work at now is $10 to the bar tender, and during the week $15 to the dj/house (i really don't know which one...) and $20 on weekends. If it's a shitty night, house/dj fees aren't enforced, but depending on how frequently you do this, you may be expected to pay next shift (only did it once and paid it back the next shift I was there, even though he insisted on letting me keep it). $20 on VIPs and $2 on LDs
Worked at an other club a few times, for night shift it's $50, and an extra $5 if there's a waitress, and I think $30 during the day. Got to keep everything for LDs, and 50% of CR (never even tried hustling those... and they paid that directly to the house, so we couldn't even charge more)
Lead me not into temptation. I can find it myself.

to really provide some validity to this thread, you can't just count tip-outs. You have to count tip-outs plus house fees plus whatever percentage 'splits' must be paid to the club on private dances and VIP's.
For example, a particular Manhattan club might charge upwards of $250 per shift in stage fees and tipouts ... but it also allows dancers to keep 100% of their private dance money. On the other hand, a different club a couple of blocks away might only charge $75 per shift in stage fees and tipouts ... but also collects a 50% 'split' of private dance money to 'make up for' the relatively low stage fee and tipout.
Put simply, tipouts alone can be an 'apples versus oranges' comparison.

We don't tip out anyone, (not really customary here) the house mum, bouncers and door man all get a wage, we dont have a dj, our GM puts his laptop on and does random on itunes or something, he will put a song on if the girls request it for pole work. Club takes 25% off the top, no nightly house fee. So i spoe its good really, the down side is the girls don't get tipped from customers.

Sometimes free (love those nights) but that usually means coming in before most of the staff.
A few clubs $30, but mostly $45-60 depending on what time you get there.

It all depends on how my night went. I always tip out the dj, housemom and valet attendant on decent nights. That can add up anywhere from $15 or more.

The five clubs I have worked this year:
One is $20 before 2PM, $30 from 2Pm and at 7PM the DJ's changed shifts so then it's an extra $10. So anywhere from $20 to $40. We keep our lap dance $ and tips.
One is $10 before 4PM, $15 after than, $5 out of every lap dance and I think $20 after 8 on weekends. They don't have a DJ but an internet jukebox. For songs that are not on the clubs play list,it's $1 per song. Oh and a tip out for security (it's up to the dancer).
The one I liked but is now closed: $2 out of every lap dance and that is split between manager/security and the dj. That went for VIP rooms too. They sold VIP's as 'lap dances' 5 songs or 1/2 hour for $110 et.
The one I liked but there was no custies or $$: $10 house, 10% of income (Including laps) to DJ and 5% of that to security.
The one near my house: Before noon: $10 to DJ, $5 to security and $5 to house mom. From 12 to 2 house is added at $10 and it goes up every 2 hours until 9 or 10 PM it's at least $50 to walk in the door and then tips to DJ, house mom and security and valet if you park in the back. I wish this club was worth it. I work day shift sometimes if I want to save gas and not commute. But it's very hit or miss.

It really varies in my club because we tip out by dance. My tip outs have been $500, $600, $700 before... and they've been $10. It just depends how many dances I've done.
