    Steve's SAC of shame

    Court docs unsealed

A junior trader at Stevie Cohen's hedge fund SAC Capital was forced to become his boss' sex slave and human toilet, forced to wear women's clothing and perform other bizarre sex acts in order to become a better trader, stunning legal documents claimed.
While the broad strokes of the 2007 case -- which does not involve Cohen directly -- have been known, including that junior trader Andrew Tong had accused his boss, Ping Jiang, of sexual harassment, recently unsealed court documents claim Tong was a victim of a S&M and an assortment of other disturbing sex acts.

    STEVE COHEN -- Twisted tale.

According to Tong's shocking allegations, detailed in a lawyer's letter to SAC in late 2006, Jiang would pinch his subordinate's buttocks in front of co-workers to embarrass him, tie him up with ropes, urinate on him and force him to perform "oral sodomy" -- all part of what was allegedly a "training program" at the secretive Stamford, Conn.-based hedge fund.
Eventually, Tong claimed, the only way the junior trader was allowed to execute trades was by performing sexual favors for Jiang.
The documents also claim Jiang ordered Tong not to tell anyone about the "training program" because "no one would believe you anyway" and "you would never humiliate yourself by admitting that I used you as my whore and my toilet."
The charges add color to a raft of already-shocking allegations that Tong made more than two years ago, when he accused Jiang of demanding his worker wear women's clothes and take female hormone pills to ease his aggressive demeanor and improve his trading.
Tong, who eventually left SAC, sued his ex-boss in state Supreme Court, where the documents related to the case were sealed and the parties involved were forced to settle their dispute privately through arbitration. Reuters yesterday first reported on the newest details of Tong's allegations.
Tong eventually dropped the case, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission closed its investigation of the allegations in April 2008 without any action taken.
The documents also say noted behavioral psychologist Ari Kiev, widely known to have been hired by Cohen to help motivate SAC's traders, witnessed Tong's strange attire. Kiev, 75, died last week.

OMG! I know that working in the corporate world was way more demeaning that stripping, but only for things like timed toilet breaks and other elementary school style work place policies.

My only question is why would this person stay around this long under this kind of abuse? The money must have been hella good.

Well, this guy (psychopath) is truly breaking stereotypes of Asian men.

But in a bad way. Is the accuser "Tong" a man? That's some truly twisted shit...

You know... that of the mild-mannered, straight-laced Asian 'suit' who does his 9-to-5, punches the clock, and goes home.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade... then find someone whose life gave them vodka, and have a party.
