    Default 34B to 34DD...

Yikes! I'm 6 months pregnant now and I'm at a 34DD. I've gained 15 or 16 pounds thus far, and my doctor says I am right on track weight-wise. I have an issue though... stretch marks developing on only ONE of my boobs! It's my right breast, the slightly smaller one, and it's pissing me off. I have no stretch marks on my abdomen or sides, none on my left breast, but a good 10 or 11 developing on my right breast.

I've been told that club lighting can hide stretch marks, but are there any products that can actually instantly lessen their visibility? (i.e. a special concealer) I've heard of this for tattoos, and although costly I think it there was a product available it would make me less self conscious until I can afford laser treatments. I really have never been self conscious and have always loved my breasts, but the stretch marks are really getting to me.

Does anyone recommend a cream for stretch mark depth and discoloration reduction after I give birth and shed the baby weight? I've heard of Strivectin, but I'd like something that really works, and preferably a recommendation from someone who has had positive results from the product they are recommending!

    Thanks!

Try Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula, supposed to help with stretches and marks. As far as concealing, I don't know.

I do use Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula! I also drink a lot of water to help my skin maintain it's elasticity.

I was looking and I saw that Mederma just released a new products specifically targeting stretch marks. Has anyone used it?

I use Palmers cocao butter, and use wash on/wash off tan (as well as my base coat of st tropez mousse tan) but its basically like a spray on foundation! It does hide stretch marks coz Ive got terrible ones all over my legs, some on my boobs etc. The same product by Rimmel is rubbish though and jut makes the skin around the stretch marks darker and the actual stretch marks look whiter!! I use Sally Hansen or a (much) cheaper alternative by Almay.

Try Cosmetyn, it's expensive, but it works!

I've tried the mederma stuff on my breasts when my stretch marks were new (boobie job tho, not pregnancy) and it didn't work.

I find LOTS of moisturizer helps prevent stretch marks (You're already using Palmers, which imo is the best), and sunless tanner helps make them less noticable.

Stretch marks don't tan (at least that's why doc told me), but I find that the chemicals in the sunless tanner tan natural skin, and scarred (stretched) skin - so it evens out the look.

I've heard you can get injections put in stretch marks to plump them up and temporarily make them less noticable; but that sounds expensive and unnecessary.

Once your baby has arrived, I'd recommend trying out just some Jergens Sunless Tanner.

    Good Luck!
