Hey Qi I just posted this on another thread, but just saw you are going on a raw diet. I do a couple of raw days every week, and wanted to forward you the info on a downloadable series of raw cookbooks: http://www.liverecipebook.com/live.html
I have them, and use them a lot. And the recipes are amazing!

I've been hearing more and more people talking about going "raw" and how much energy they have. When I hear "raw" I automatically think of sashimi which would be perfectly fine by me, yummy! But I think I'm gonna try that out because I've been a lazy turd lately and have been completely exhausted by 11 or midnight and unable to hustle during those crucial twilight hours. Thanks for the info, I'm going to give it a try too.

I look forward to the pics. Good luck. I highly recommend adding some cardio to your routine for faster results/ cardiovascular health. If you hate treadmills, try an aerobics class. Les Mills Body Attack is amazing, or Step. Don't worry if coordination is an issue. Everyone catches on after a few classes.

I wanna find some low impact cardio for my knees, I tore the cartilege in my left one and it gives out on occassion. :] I'll probably hit the eliptical at the gym or something.

Good luck! That's exciting. I think you should post your before pic now, which will give you extra motivation.

I would but I'm totally embarrassed of my body right now -_-, lots o' lard lol. I'll take a pic tomorrow morning via webcam, and 're-edit' this post each week to show progress!
