    Default Wedding Rings:

To wear or not to wear?

Worth having to come up with something non-offensive to a prospective customer every time?

Keep it on and not care since I wouldn't realistically persue them anyway?

    or

    Should be left at home?

( mine is small and not flashy )

IF I LEAVE IT ON: Should I just come out with the fact that I'm married or brush it off and try to divert the question?

    ( I'm still a newbie )

Always say you are single, and when I was married, I left mine at home.

    Fantasy, fantasy, fantasy.

And girl, you sound like me! Aren't you 18? I was married at 19. Divorced at 24 though, but we are still close.

I think it's a personal choice. I used to not wear mine but then for a lot of years I did. A lot of people in my town and the club I worked at, know who I'm married to. I found it didn't really make a difference with guys I didn't know, some were even intrigued by that fact that I am married and danced.

I did take my rings off whenever I worked out of town. It was easier for me to tell they guys I wasn't married since I knew I'd never see them again. My home club was very much a local hang out and every knew me and the old man.

I always wore mine. It saved me from a lot of Timewasters (guys who don't buy dances and just want to take you out) and it also helped me gain rapport with the married clientele (because I was "safe")

Hehe, I suppose I'll have to practice with both, and decide whether I am more intruiging with it on or less attractive to customers.

Yeah, I am! Been married 6 months. And that's good, considering some divorces go horribly.

I actually have my high school ring on my ring finger. I would never leave it home when I do get engaged and married though. My hands never get close enough to any of the customers to notice.

Looking back I'm amazed at how many guys didn't notice my rings. There were a few who zoomed right in on it but most didn't.

I may end up keeping it at home just because I'd be devestated if I lost it. It's much more sentimental than it is expensive, however.

Saying I was married has NEVER done me any favours. ITC I am a party girl. I am always single but never available. Always looking for a good time, but never out.

Yes leave the ring at home, not in your car so someone could break in and steal it and not in your locker or with your stuff. Just because it doesn't seem expensive to you doesn't mean someone won't rip your shit off just because they can.
Sorry I missed church. I was too busy practicing witchcraft and becoming a lesbian.

I don't tell anyone I am married. Rings off. I even tell the other girls I'm single. I used to be the opposite and it greatly effected my earnings.

I just wanted to say that if you have a ring and use the pole at your club, be sure to only wear a fake ring so you don't scratch up your real one.

Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

As a customer in the club I'm looking for a fantasy girl, I don't want to think about another person being with her because I want to be the only thing on her mind at that moment. (In reality that is not true, my money is what is on her money, but still).

I'd be turned off by a dancer wearing a wedding ring.

Yeah. I'll always know that I'd never be truly interested in anyone that bought a dance from me, so I don't feel bad leaving it at home and 'pretending' my other persona while working.

Mine is about 1/4 of a size too big Just enough to make me nervous lol!

    Thanks ladies
