Are you more likely to bank as a cam girl or through phone sex?

You can cam on niteflirt too. I'm on there but I've never used it. Honestly I can't figure out niteflirt for some reason, which sounds stupid because I know it's probably easy to use. I never really put the time into learning how it works though, so I can't really answer your question. All I can say is a lot of girls bank on both, and you can also do phonesex (with cam) through streamate, so yeah. Try them both and see which works best for you!
Every girl differs, I think it's about finding your niche. I would lean towards NF thgouh, although I am not very experienced with it..... A.) They only take I think 30% B.) It's both tied into one you can do Phone with cam [but no cam without phone] and C.) I hear girls allll over the board saying how much they love NF and how much better it is, every where I look I'm reading something about the money being better on NF.
I know NF is beta right now though and a pain in the ass, although I'm not sure how. It takes alot more work as in marketing yourself, and having to be a bit computer savvy. Or afford someone else to be! Lol!

niteflirt.com--- You can make money if you feature, have blogs, a website and advertise, advertise and advertise!!! It's not a get rich quick scheme. You have to put in work. Camming you get online, guys see you ..they pay you and the sites are promoting you. Niteflirt dosen't promote your listing.. you have to do all the work. hope this makes sense.

I never liked the phone and niteflirt is a phone site. so for me its about webcamming.
Exactly. if your on niteflirt for you to make good money on it you have to promote yourself really well.niteflirt.com--- You can make money if you feature, have blogs, a website and advertise, advertise and advertise!!! webcamming you do not have to promote yourself but some webcam sites offer you programs if you wish to do so. by making an affiliate account or using thier model promotion programs.

ok girls.. STAY AWAY FROM NITEFLIRT. I'm reading the community forum now and there's wayyyyy too much shit going on .. girls not being paid for calls...etc

as others have said, there can be some good money to be made on Niteflirt however there is a lot of work involved in setting yourself up to a point where it becomes "easier" (not easy just easier).
At the moment, it isn't so great for new girls to sign up unless you promote the heck out of yourself and do as someone else said advertise, advertise, advertise ! This is only because it used to have a "bid to feature" option which has been disabled for MONTHS ... this is what helped me at least to be able to make some money from the site.
As another poster mentioned there are quite a few problems, whilst it still has "beta" in its title I'm not keen to go back. It's paid weekly into your bank account if you are US girl.

Thanks MT, this is very good information.niteflirt.com--- You can make money if you feature, have blogs, a website and advertise, advertise and advertise!!! It's not a get rich quick scheme. Everybody has their good days and their bad, but as far as camming goes, it seems to be about how much time you're willing to put into it. If you're interested in working at a site where YOU are responsible for your own advertising, that means you're going to have to be willing to put in the time to promote yourself AND your services, or you'll be sitting there wondering why you have few customers while other chat hosts are gettin' paid.
Working on a site like Streamate is different, in that respect, because all of the promotion is already done for you by the hosting site (Streamate). If you don't have time to do much advertising for yourself, you might want to stick with sites like this.
As I mentioned in a previous thread, there is decent money to be made if you're willing to put the time and effort in to do the affiliate advertising/marketing for different sites (these sites could be clothing, adult novelty retailers, or other adult sites, for example). That means a webcam model would be making money for her cam shows, phone/video chat, AND people clicking on her affiliate links - which direct prospective customers to different sites in the hopes that they'll spend money there. If they spend money on a site they were referred to from your page, you'll make a percentage of it. Sometimes, (not too much anymore, though) they'll pay you just for the referral of traffic TO their site. Each place that has an option for affiliate advertisers is different, however.

Exactly! ...You DO know there are cam sites out there that will pay you $100 an hour to cam on their site while promoting YOUR own solo site (with limitations of course..usually you can only do two one hour shows a week). I'll leave the name of the site for the pm's. Hell even camwhores pays you $50 a show but you can only do one show a weeek.. if you put these togethere and also cam on one of the big sites like streamate, webcams.com you can BANK seriously.. I'm rebuilding my site because of thise. I have regulars now but If I take camming seriously like I used to .. I know i'd make a killing.Everybody has their good days and their bad, but as far as camming goes, it seems to be about how much time you're willing to put into it. Well said girlie. Especially the affiliate thing, geeeez there is soo much money to be made there. The banners on my malayataylor.com blog brings in a good $500 ..it's not a lot but shit it ads up. I mean even the blog is just sitting there .. I don't even update it ..but that'll change. If you have TIME like kimbre said, You'll make it as a camgirl. The more you're online..the more money you make!

I need to figure out how to do banners and set up a blog on all that. I'm motivated now.

Whoa, that's dramatic. I've been working NF for almost 2 years and even in the worst phases of beta, I've never had a problem with receiving payment. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this statement is entirely false. NiteFlirt is also officially out of beta-mode and working just fine. Featuring isn't back yet but I have a modest rating (high 800's on my main listing) and I do quite well. Anyone who wants more info can feel free to PM me.

LOL! ... ok SINCE YOU SAY SO! Ladies, Please by all means join niteflirt..Hell if you DO receive payment then that is awesome! I will never make a statement on sw knowing it's false. We're all here to help each other. I will never stop anyone from making money if anything I'll help and give advice period.
Two of my best friends work on niteflirt.. They're not on the big sites at all .. just niteflirt and keen because they don't want their images out there. Both have been having problems receiving payment and if you READ the NITEFLIRT community forums you'll know that they're not the only ones having this problem. I'm glad it's working fine for you.. but the statement I made was not "false".. Thank you.

Could I ask the stupid niteflirt question of the day ? I was signing up and they wanted my credit card info. Why do they need it ? Do you pay a bit to get listed higher or something?

i have been on niteflirt since feb and thus far (knock on wood) i haven't any issues as far as getting my money. in order to use it they have to verify ur age by taking credit card info..which to me is easier and much simpler than searching for scanners and ids and all that nonsense. so far the only issue im having is the fact my phone w cam listings wont say to available...but then again im indy and im still on some sites so its no big deal.. ive made a pretty decent amount of money w niteflirt this year.
still here.... just in another chapter..
The whole getting verified with a credit card baffles me. I got my first debit card when I was 16, and I didnt think there was that big of a difference. In fact I verified on NiteFlirt with a debit card, not a credit card, I've never had a credit card. Thats not a very good way to verify age if thats what they are doing
