In the beginning I was about 5'6", 155 lbs. Within the last 2 years, I've grown to 5'8", and now 138 lbs. My body's a bit 'blah' I guess, and I really need some toning and to lose a few lbs.
So my goal is:
Eat a 80%+ Raw Diet (I just recently went raw! Still excited about it, loads of energy).
Pilates/Yoga 3 days a week
Boxing 2 days a week
Stripperfied body here I come!
Here's how I look now:
