I have a hand held one, but it's not that great. I've heard that the best ones cost around $100.00, are the type w/the long hose w/the base part on the floor.
Anyone use one, what kind is it? Thanks

I use a steamer from a company called Jiffy (www.jiffysteamer.com), and it works really well. I can usually get a suit and shirt ready to go in about 10 mins, and unlike a lot of other steamers I've tried the Jiffys are totally built to last, with a construction that looks like it was made in the 40s, with heavy brass hardware and super durable fittings. Jesus I sound like an infomercial. Anyway, that's the one I use, and it's really good.

yes a jiffy steamer is the way to go and will last a lifetime steaming your clothes or all teh drapes in your house. You can sometimes find them used on craigslist, or there are good sellers on ebay

Hey, THANKS guys! I'm going to check them out..
