    Default Hourly goals?

Just wondering if anyone has one?
Such as getting 4 dances an hour?

I've pretty much got dancing down to a science.
60 minutes to sell 4 dances, the dances lasting 3 - 5 minutes.
Meaning I have to sell one dance every 15 minutes. Very doable if you give a little extra effort.

This puts me at $80 an hour, for 8 hours, $640. (Around $600 with tipouts/housefees)

I don't necessarily have an hourly goal. I tell myself I want to leave with 500 or better after house and tip.

Usually I end up making 250-300 an hour in the good times.

At my club 3 dances, 12 minutes equals $100.

my club its 20 per song seven is tipped out each dance. I voted going with the flow. But i just have started Ive been working for a month now. and I can bring home as low as $25 an hour or as high as $100 an hour. If I ever drop down lower than $25 an hour than I would go back to my office job.

I don't like to set hourly goals because there are too many variables that are out of my control. At my old club it would often be totally dead until 11 PM, or filled with the same 10 guys who were there every night and didn't spend any money. So I wouldn't hustle too hard during the early part of the shift and then when it got busy I would hustle my ass off. I prefer to have a nightly goal.

I also follow the school of "don't count your money until the end of the night" and I find that this helps me to earn more.

at my club we do podiums every 45mins to an hour. I try to get at least 2 $50 dances in that time. So $100 an hour. Better if I can get more than that but it's hard to manage the time. Dances are 10 mins each.

Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

I also don't have an hourly goal. Technically my goal is to be booked for the whole hour so I just push until I get 1 dance and then aim for them to extend as many times as possible. I don't really care if my money comes from dances, podiums or customers just paying me cash to chat as long as I reach my daily money goal.

Dance as much as possible at all times..
    Make as much as possible.
    Hustle hustle That's my goal.

Sometimes it's slow or difficult and you take breaks and what not, but when I'm in the building I really want to take advantage and make as much as possible!

I set a pretty low hourly goal... I like to flow with things...
But I want to make sure I don't fuck off for too long. I'm bad about that.

I don't count the number of dances I do/hr, but I do try to come out with a minimum of $100/hr, cuz VIP rooms and other rooms cost differently than the dances.

When I was a newbie I always compared my hourly earnings per night to what I made at my last job (at a chain restaurant, $10/hr as a line cook).

But then I realized $60 or $80 for a 6-hour SC shift sucks. The work is just not comparable to food service. I'm putting a lot of time and work into my body, dancing, hustle, etc. I've had to develop a lot of previously non-existent social/sales skills, deal w/ the effects of stripping/contact on my sex life and psyche, hide my job from my family and prepare for the inevitability of them finding out and the ensuing consequences. I've dealt w/ second-hand smoke and drunken unstable co-workers, having to fight off being molested, and crazy sleep schedules.

With the economy the way it is I can settle for a minimum nightly goal of selling 10 dances; or $150-$250 weekdays and $200-$300 weekends. ($30-$60/hr I guess)

hourly goals are cool in a club without CRs, but if the focus is on hour long CRs, focusing on selling 5 dances an hour will make you lose focus from selling the rooms.
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.
