I started a fantasy maid service last year. After about six months of existence as a business I decided to dissolve the business. I got tired of posting ads for clients, screening clients, posting ads for girls, interviewing girls, hiring girls, processing payroll, etc. It was a 16- hour a day job. If you are going to start this type of business it might be best to just have it where you provide the service. At one point my company had 10 guys and 10 girls. I had no life trying to manage my staff and all of their appointments.
The fantasy maid business is perfectly legal. There are topless maid services across the country. Do a search on Google under Fantasy Maids and you will find companies from coast-to-coast who are doing this.
As with any business you will want to incorporate the business and pay your taxes. Depending on your state and county, you might also need to obtain certain permits and licenses. To protect myself and my staff from damages and claims of theft, loss, etc. I also got business insurance.
To further protect myself and my staff, on our website I have a full disclaimer page stating what the service was all about. I made my staff AND my clients sign contracts that they understood that we were a fantasy maid service and not an escort service, companionship service, dating service, etc. This is a good way to screen out any LE and be safe. When I hired a fantasy maid the girl or guy needed to sign this. If you were a client you needed to sign this before we would come out to clean your house for the very first time. NO SIGN = NO CLEANING. It was as simple as that.
You will need to develop a website, promote the website, advertise your services, and have a way of receiving payments. I applied for a merchant services account so that my company was able to receive credit card payments. Remember since this is considered to be an adult business you cannot really use PayPal as an option.
For the safety of my staff, I did not accept cash. It was all done via credit card. The client scheduled an appointment and paid a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. When my girl or guy made the check-in call upon arrival at the client's home, I would then bill the remaining 50 percent on the credit card that the client gave me for the initial deposit. Once this payment went through, I called my girl or guy to let them know they could begin the fantasy maid service.
I could go on and on about how to run this type of business. PM me if you have any questions.

This is a great idea! I'll definetely like to do something like this here especially with it being legal and all! Escorting is great but you never know when your time will comeAnyways, I called a friend of mine that works at our local business license office and she confirmed everything that has been posted so far.
Hi Girl With the Most,
I don't know where you are located but as I said Fantasy Maid Services are offered all across the country. I know it was legal in the two states that I operated my company in. We just needed to get permits and licenses because the business was in the adult industry. You will also need to comply with U.S.C 2257. You will need to verify the age of all of your workers, get copies of their IDs, keep the records on file, etc.
