If your are putting alot of strain in your elbows you might want to build the muscle around them I remember my sister when she was doing gymnastic always seem to dislocate them, but for her it was the growth spurts which is probably not for you so maybe so excercises in the gym might help
and as for pain relief try tiger balm..

you may have to learn to do your pole moves differently if they are hurting you that much. Have you tried building the rest of your body's strenth so you don't have to put so much strain on your elbows? It will help alot.
