hi everyone! i'm 21 and working my first club. i started 3 months ago, and it's a pretty upscale place, a gntleman's club, where champagne room is where the money's made.
however, the best way to get into CR is through floor hosts--- they will send you over to the most eligible guests and do alot of the hustling for you. it makes it look more legit to the guests, and makes guests feel like they are being handed a "star" dancer when a floor host will bring over a girl (vs a girl trying to hustle CR on her own).
my problem is that i've been at this club for almost 3 months now, and i still don't get to CR very much. if i'm lucky, i go at least once every weekend (since i work weekends), but i'd like to be going once every shift.
i think it might be partly because i didn't hit it off very well with alot of the floor hosts when i first started out. i didn't really understand how important they are to a dancer, esp. a new one. the head host really hates me because i forgot his name on my first night after ruining my chance at going to CR. ever since then, i've blown alot of CR opportunities and this seems to have really pissed some hosts off, and now i never get any help from any of them!
any advice on making good vibes with floor hosts?!

Floor guys tend to help the girls who are reliable at selling VIP's. Just keep on getting VIP's and tipping them.
