Default Wig- yes or no? (Pics)

Okay, so I'm planning on trying out at a club sometime after my break ends (probably early Feb) and I'm starting to plan my outfit, etc. I'm wondering if I should maybe wear a wig? My normal hair isn't really impressive, but the wig might be too fake looking. What do you think?

I *do* have a tattoo on my upper back, so the wig would pretty much cover it- but it's not like I'd need to cover it anyway. I dunno, my own hair is just- meh.

The first two are w/ the wig, the second two are my normal hair.

Sorry ahead of time- I take crappy pics.

I've always preferred long hair, it just seems sexier and short hair is cuter I've also heard that long hair can make you look younger.

geez i'm no help, i think you look great both ways. Personally i'd stick to the natural hair, but get some layering done so it'd have more volume.

I would say go with your really hair. I had some bad experiance with wigs such as customers wanting to run their hands on my scalp and finding it actual moves. My personal fav is when I was feeling bold one day and semi flipped up side down and anybody close enough to the stag saw that it was a wig.

You look fantastic both ways! The wig looks nice and natural.

The only problems I'd see is customers wanting to run their hands through your hair (a big thing I run into), and finding out you have a wig on, and then doing pole work or flipping your hair around. Wouldn't want your wig flying off!

Your natural hair is adorable. Go with whatever makes you feel confident - and there's no harm in trying each one for a week or so.

Wear the wig, see how you feel. Are you always reaching up to make sure it's in place? Is it distracting? Since the hair can't be tucked behind your ear, is it in your way at all? Do you run into hair-loving customers?

Then try your natural hair. Do you feel as confident and sexy with shorter hair? Do you enjoy flipping it around on stage? If it's a slow night and you're wanting pole-practice, is it nicer to be able to just pull it back real fast? Are you getting good enough on the pole that not having to worry about a wig is a really nice thing?

Just consider it from every angle, and have fun!

    You're so pretty!!!

I'd go with the longer hair. It makes you look younger (not that you look old), and it makes you look more exotic. I'd go with that!!

I vote for your natural hair! I work in a club where the customers are so sick of fake hair! Customers are always touching my head, and I try not to get mad, bc at least they are being nice and gentle and not touching me elsewhere!

I like the wig. Long hair looks REALLY good on you.
As far as it looking fake... it looks way better than mine. I wear a super-long half wig at work... the ends are shot and it feels like effing barbie hair... and customers somehow can't figure out that it's fake. Actually I get compliments alllll night long on how awesome it is for a girl to have such long beautiful REAL hair like mine. Haha. So. I wouldn't worry too much about customers being able to tell.

I like the wig. I was just looking at the picture when my bf - looking over my shoulder - decided to exclaim right in my ear "Oh woah! I like that! A lot" (about the hair...)....soooo...if you're trying to appeal to men, I say go for the wig!

He seemed very enthusiastic about the longer hair...and now my ear kinda hurts...hahha

i like the wig... it looks real in the pic too... if it doesnt look that real IRL then you might want to rethink.

IMO, its much easier to make money with long hair. i started dancing with short blue hair and i had to develop a lot of personality to make less than what i make with long (normal colored hair). can you flip the wig around like normal hair? If you cant you might want to stick with the normal hair... because there are lotsa sexy moves you can do with flipping your hair. you can use your hair to be a very sensual body part.

also, is hte wig comfortable? ive never worn one... but they sound itchy. if it isnt comfy then i wouldnt wear it... you will be uncomfortable enough as a newbie in heels! i would recommend maybe trying clip in extensions if the wig doesnt work out... ive only used fusion or microlinks... but i worked at a place wehre most of the girls used clip ins and they looked great!
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

Oooh I love the wig on you!! It looks really good, and I personally love long hair and think it's sexy! Like others mentioned, the problem would be if you somehow accidently flip it off or if someone runs their fingers through it (which I never let ppl do, and my hair is real). But dancers wear wigs all the time without problems!

I prefer longer hair, but I think the shorter one looks less like a wig than the long hair one does.
If you want long hair, go with some extensions instead.

I think you look stunning either way, but I absolutely love the look of long hair. I think the wig looks very natural and suits you well, so I'd go with that for the audition.

Do whatever makes you feel more comfortable. You'll rock the audition! Good luck!
