I am really trying to tone up and eat healthy, and there is this one girl at my club who is kind of quiet but nice, she stays to herself but not to the point that she is unapprociable. Well, she is in really amazing shape and I notice that every once in a while she eats these things, from far away they look like munchins from dunkin donuts. I just had to ask her, she makes them herself and limits herself to 2-3 when she feels like she would ordinarily have a commerical protein bar. The only thing I am not wild about is that there is artificial sweetner, but like she said most of the bars out there are way loaded with artifical stuff.
Mix one jar natural chucky peanut butter,
6 six scoops of favorite protein powder (choc tastes better than vanilla-according to her.)
and really stir it, it is messy so use a huge bowl, and then about 1/4 to half cup Sugar free pancake syrup. form the mix and turn them into the munkin size balls, and then roll them in protein powder. She says she makes tons and freezes them in baggies.
