    Default Lost 15lbs.. ZERO inches?

Ok so i've been dieting and exercising to lose some weight. Ideally around 50lb. I'm keeping a food log, taking vitamins, hitting the gym.. doing great. lost 15lbs since November. However, i've lost ZERO inches from my body. I dont' know what is going on, but i want to lose inches obviously. I've been doing 20 minutes elliptical, and tons of lunges, sqauts, light running.. what am i doing wrong?

wow that is strange cause thats loads of weight to lose so congratulations. The only thing I can think is that you have lost fat and gained muscle in its place..are you more firm than wobbly now lol ? You should have measured your body fat percentage before!

Keep up the good work! Are you sure you're measuring the inches properly?

Some of it was water, the rest is because you have lost weight all over, not just where you tape.

Could be water weight, gaining muscle, loosing weight all over so not so much inches. Give it another 10 lbs. If no inches then, than it's probably measuring wrong. Have someone use a body fat % and measure you-if you go to the gym, they should do that for you so you know its not the way you are being measured.
