    Default Sydney vs Melbourne

I have to spend a couple of months in both Melbourne and Sydney this year, and as such will be stripping both cities. I just have a few questions -

    1) What are the general rules/standards (ie. customer touching....is it relatively no contact, or high mileage etc)

    2) What are the earnings like (best clubs, good nights, bad night, average nights etc).

    3) What are the best clubs to work in, and are there any I should avoid?

    4) And in general what is the city like to live in?
Yes, I do love the cock, but I'm sorry to say it's only your wallet I'm interested in tonight dear

i have visited melbourne a few times citywise but can't offer much advice on the dance front. however as for sydney:

    1) What are the general rules/standards (ie. customer touching....is it relatively no contact, or high mileage etc)

depending on whether you work at a city club (strict) or kings cross (bit more lax), generally the legality is no touching either way and technically the dancer must be in a 'defined space' which means for the city there is no lapdancing. just private booth table dancing. however i believe there are places in the cross that don't abide by the defined space rule or toe the line very closely. the city clubs have regular visits by the police on the weekend. i worked one night a week for 6 months and i only saw one lapdance by a foreign dancer.

    2) What are the earnings like (best clubs, good nights, bad night, average nights etc).

    bad 0-200
    average 200-400
    good 400+

for 6 hours of work (technically the shifts are supposed to be longer, about 8hrs. but coming in later in the night and staying until close which is around 3-4ish lets you get away with 6)

    3) What are the best clubs to work in, and are there any I should avoid?

personally recommend mens gallery, pure platnium (owned by the same people, avoid illinois hotel/dancers caberet though, its a pub that goes strip on the weekend and has been used for punishments for dancers bending the rules at mg and pp haha) or try minx.

    4) And in general what is the city like to live in?

sydney is pretty busy and hectic, not as 'cultured' as melbourne but still has lots to offer if you can get away from the city and head towards the beaches etc.

in general i'd say you have the potential to earn more in melbourne because of the milage, but i'm really happy with how things are run in sydney and i'm really comfortable and never having to push my personal boundaries here.

Kittens chain of clubs are reknown for being touching. King St is generally no touching. Stick to King Street IMO.

    2) What are the earnings like (best clubs, good nights, bad night, average nights etc).

I will not comment as it is like with anything: depends on your look, the club, your sales skills, etc etc. Too many variables.

    3) What are the best clubs to work in, and are there any I should avoid?

If you can handle touching, Kittens I've heard can be okay for money. If you do not want the customers to touch you, stick with King St. Avoid Dallas Dancers tho'.

    4) And in general what is the city like to live in?

I wouldn't have a clue. I'm personally biased as I love living on the Gold Coast. I always loved visiting Melbourne ... I could never see myself living there.

    Sydney:

    1) What are the general rules/standards (ie. customer touching....is it relatively no contact, or high mileage etc)

City clubs (Minx, Pure Platinum, Men's Gallery)- no touching, it is an air dance in a private room. Men's Gallery has a VIP section (normal price per 15 mins but minimum book of an hour, where you can do lap dances, it is a dummy camera). Kings Cross- more relaxed on rules, 3 on the strip are strip brothels, stay away! Although I would actually be quite curious to know if these strip brothels have an option for non-sex dancers, I imagine it would be easy to make money considering most of the girls in these places look disgusting.

    2) What are the earnings like (best clubs, good nights, bad night, average nights etc).

    Average weeknight- $200-$400
    Average Friday and Saturday- $600

    3) What are the best clubs to work in, and are there any I should avoid?

Best are Pure Platinum and Men's Gallery as they offer a retainer on some nights- you know you will be going home with at least $150-$250. Bada Bing is also a really nice (but very small) club and you can bend the rules a little by allowing lap dances to make yourself more sellable. Most of the girls there are backpackers so you don't have the problem of arguing over regulars like you do at Men's Gallery and Pure Platinum. Showgirls is owned by the same guys as Bada Bing and is also very small compared to MG and PP, it is an okay club but can't comment on earnings. Stay away from Porky's, Stripper's, Love Machine, all strip brothels. I have heard Dreamgirls is okay but have never been there, would love to hear a review.

    4) And in general what is the city like to live in?

Sydney is a great city, very safe, also lots of shopping and late night/early morning nightlife which is great for us dancers and hospitality workers
