    Default AbCircle Pro

Sooo, I hate working out. I mean I REALLY hate working out. And I hate dieting. At this moment I am warming up a pie in the oven. That's right, pie! But I am so sick of my body right now (I got super sick and ate a ton) that I have decided to give it a try again. Diet, exercise, blah blah blah. SO, the boyfriend bought us an AbCircle Pro. Has anyone seen the ads for these things, they are everywhere. A treadmil for your abs, woohoo!Because when it comes to my abs... I have none. The machine has finally showed up today and I am really liking it so far.

My question here is, do any of you ladies have one? I trust your reviews and opinions more than anything I can find on the web. So does anyone have one? Also, what other ab exercises do you guys love to do at home? I love my body, I honestly would consider it perfect (in my own eyes, I would be perfectly happy with myself and finally fully confident) if I could just trim my mid section down.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Kisses!

Holy shit Chynadoll702, you did all that since DECEMBER?! Like, December 2009?

Jesus Christ. There is maaaad respect flying out to you for that, that is one hell of a change. How much did you use it, and how many times a week?

I'm crazy tempted but it's unlikely they'd ship one here. Gah!

Yes Dec 2009 I bought it on hsn so I could do 5 payments. I got 4 kids so I'm on a serious budget these days lol. I workout on it twice a day 5 days a week and then on the weekends I do tae bo. Tae bo alone couldn't give me these results. Now im working on getting my weight down to 115-120 before March 15th. I get my braces taken off then.Only thing is the ab circle takes some getting used to.It used to hurt me knees like hell. After about a week my body got used to it.

Trust me it works of course a healty diet helps too..I no longer binge out on junk and I cut red meat out of my diet.I do my ab circle workouts while wearing a sauna suit to help sweat out those inches faster. Arialandra make sure you clean your ab circle after every workout and tighten it about every 2 weeks.

Thanks hun, I'm making sure to keep it clean and I will remember to tighten it! Today was day two working out on it and it was amazing! I was fabulously sore all day at work today, it's fantastic. Your results are incredible! I hope that mine will be just as great, you look amazing, you must be so proud. I want to lose 30lbs and a six pack has always been my dream. I have also started a healthy diet, no more binging, lots of fruit and veg, making sure to eat a small breakfast in the morning. I dont eat breakfast so small is all I can handle, and all I need really. An egg, a bit of toast and some fruit. I'm also going to try eating mostly fruit and veg throughout the day, no carbs (as in grains), and then usually have my meats at dinner.

I have next to no will power when it comes to food and no follow through when it comes to excerscise so cross your fingers because 30lbs may just kill me,lol!

    Kisses!

Wow! I too thought it looked like it might be damaging to ones back, but if it offers results that great, maybe I should get one instead of an elliptical machine.

My back has been fine, in fact I think that it is getting stronger because when you do it right you can feel your ab muscles working straight through to your lower back muscles which means it is working your entire core. Just make sure that your back is straight when you use it, tuck your ab muscles in and don't let gravity to take over because you will want to push your tummy out (arching your back), and you should be fine. I completely vote yes on you getting one hun! I say we start an AbCircle group in here so we can track the progress.

How long do you spend each time you work out on it? I think the commercial said something like 3 minutes twice a day, is it really that short?

Yeah the commercial states 3 mins... I'm gonna raise my white flag on that one. I honestly do about an hour a day 5 times a week.Watching tv makes it go by quicker (LAW AND ORDER) lol
I do a dvd a day then do my hour shortly after.I just noticed my ab circle is in my new pics lol
