If so, what was your experience? Great? Okay? Horrible?

I've been offered a job as a cashier there, and I can't decide whether or not to take it. I will not have a set schedule, and will be required to work different times every week.

I already have another part-time job with very specific schedule requirements. Also, I've just gone back to stripping, and want and need to have a set schedule so I can get some regulars.

I've also heard from some of the people who work there that my supervisor can be tough to work with.

I know it's a great company to work for, but my gut is telling me not to take the job.

I'd love it if there's anyone here who's worked there could tell me what it's like and if they feel it's worth it.

    Thanks!

there are pros & cons to working at whole foods. If you are dead set on needing a sched, Don't take the job. No one gets a set sched as a new hire. The discount they give you is great though. I worked in NBC(natural body care), and while the pay was okay for a job of that kind, it certainly wasn't stripper money.

it really just depends. What do YOU want to do?

I don't want to take the job, mostly because I got a bad gut reaction from the woman interviewing me who will be my supervisor if I take the job.

Thanks for the info about the schedule, Daniella Maria. That's another reason I don't want to take the job.

It would be a lot easier to walk away from it if the job market weren't so horrible.
