Default any suggestions for good stretches?

    Hi there everyone!

I just got a job at the Lusty Lady (my first of the sort) and my legs are obviously pretty sore from all the dancing in heels. Does anyone have any stretching suggestions for the hamstrings and hips? I know I'm gonna be sore,at least for the first little while, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

sit on your butt, put one leg in front of you, bend 90 degrees. place the other leg on top, also bent 90 degrees. lean forward-itll get your hips, hamstrings, and butt.

the other is pigeon pose from yoga. put one leg behind you while you are sitting down, like you are about to do a split, but instead of a split, you will bend you front leg at the knee towards you.

those are two good ones that should help. that is, if you can figure out what I was trying to describe. Im not the best at that. ;-)
