I am not incapable of approaching a dancer, nor REALLY unwiling whe push comes to shove - but sometimes I get frustrated, like "what's wrong with me that I'm not getting approached? If they aren't going to try to sell me, I"m not going to get up and go offer my money to THEM" lol. Like, if I had to wait around a car lot for a salesperson to show me a car - well, there are other lots and other cars, ya' know?

I think that aside from shortened songs, bathroom trolls and girls unwilling to give extras (!), one of the most common complaints from SC patrons is not getting approached. There have been many discussions over on TUSCL about it. It's just one of those things that we all expect from time to time. And it's a funny thing because it can occur in any club, at any time. It depends on so many different factors (time of day, number of girls on shift, etc.) that unless you are a regular and know some of the girls when you visit, there is always a chance that you're gonna be sitting there with money in your hand and an empty chair next to you. It seems to happen more often during weekday dayshifts in smaller clubs, where the number of dancers is less, and those few dancers there are with their regulars.

...and then we hear them bitch about how slow it was and there wasn't any money in the club, LMAO.

lopaw, you so need to PM me or MM next time you're in Vegas. We'd have a lot of fun hitting a few clubs, lol!

So true. I've often overheard dancers sitting at the bar complaining that they're not making any money, and refering to the girls that actually are hustling and making money as whores. WTF?

    PM coming your way.....

Ugh, I was going to write you a note in my OP about the suits because I knew you would chime in and make this about you.

Some men in full business suits spend money, of course. But often, in MY personal experience spanning a decade, they don't spend at all or spend very little. A business suit should not be a sign that the customer is willing to spend, that is all.

Nobody needs an excuse to come to Vegas - and strippers even less so!

sometimes a customer seems like he's either not interested. maybe not interested in dances at all. maybe just really picky.

maybe you should try catching a girl's eye, smiling, and gesturing her to come over. technically she's coming to you. but at least now she knows that you at least want to talk to her.

i should really learn my lesson and talk to more guys, but i'm a total wuss most of the time. some of my best money has come from guys i didn't think even wanted a dance. not to mention the guys who told me as they were leaving that they wanted to get dances from me, but i didn't come over. bear in mind that these were guys who wouldn't even meet my gaze, so it was easy to assume they didn't want me to come over. i don't want to bother anybody...for every guy who complains about not getting approached, there's another (probably at a different club in another town) complaining about being approached too much, too soon, too aggressively, and by girls who don't interest him.

    ugh. men are so complicated.

i agree on the suits. same goes for guys who tell you they're in town to play golf.

maybe they've got money. i don't know. but having money and spending it are different things.
-love everyone but keep them far from your soul-
