Default I think I'm gonna do it....

I think I'm gonna go to the Bunny Ranch in the Spring for a week or so and see if I like it. If I pull more than $3k in a week it will become a regular thing.

Anyone worked at the Bunny Ranch or is thinking about it????

Good luck! I'll be honest, I've heard it's not so good anymore. In fact, just last year, I sent $300 to my best friend who had been staying there for about a month to cover her tab to get out! She said it's a lot of guys haggling for $100 parties. She's been a PSE-provider (actual pornstar) in LA and had a following there. She still couldn't pull money out of the BR. She said the set-up is alright but the costs add up with so little money to go around. My impression from her is, the only women really making money are older and have been there consistently forever or very young (barely legal market).

My advice is thus: if you have clients now, talk up the fact that you'll be there. Maybe a blog-roll or something to draw attention to yourself and advertise your time there. Don't rely on the name of the BR alone to drive attention to you. It's just not the tourist attraction it was a long time ago.
Also, BRING EXTRA MONEY. Seriously, enough for licensing and food and housing times five! My friend did say it's very safe and she never felt threatened, so carrying the extra cash in shouldn't be a problem. I think they'll lock it up for you anyway. But just in case it is the dry spell I've heard it to be, you can pay your fees and get out. They certainly won't hold you down to stay. I wired her the money through a Green Dot card in the morning and she was on the road by that afternoon.

I wish I had tried to work the BR when I was younger just for the experience. My friend had never done it before and kind of stuck it out for the experience. I really hope you enjoy the atmosphere but be cautious that in these harder economic times, it's just not the cash cow it once was. I still think its great to try the only legal option out there even once, though. Let us know how it is!

Yeah, I'm just gonna give it a shot to see if it yields any results. If I make more than $3K, I'll go back, otherwise I'll just write it off on my list of "Things to Do Before I Die" list.

When you mentioned advertising and all I thought of:
She's a very smart lady. She works at sherry's ranch though.
