    Default pole grip gloves

anybody here use pole gripping gloves while using the pole? im pretty strong and got most advanced pole tricks down, theres just some i need help stabilizing until i can get them down and think pole gloves would really benefit me with that. any reviews for for a good pair of pole gloves? also what would be better, the ones with tack or without? also i sweat like a man at times and when i try to do a pole trick, dont know the name but itw where you grip and hold the pole with your armpit and you have both legs spread out like a v,if anyone knows what im talking about? but when i sweat it just makes me slide right off,any ideals to help with that? thank you!!

Mighty Grip gloves are the stickiest ones Iv tried, I cant use them as I hate the feel of them slipping around my palm, and they rise up a tad on during spin grips. Iv got the smallest size too. Iv seen them used by another dancer though who did very well with them!

I guess you gotta get used to how they move around, b/c they will. I personaly only feel safe when I can feel every millimetre of my palm grip thats needed on the pole.

i use climbing liquid chalk, lol, theres a shop in town near me that sells it, its used by rock climbers, just apply it to you hands (stinks like a bitch at this point) once dry your hand will go white, only takes a few seconds, but it keeps ur hands dry from sweat, only good for spinnin pole though or static moves, any spins done while the pole is static just wont work, u judder rather than glide lol.

once your done just wash off with lots of soap and make sure you moisturise well, an i mean well coz it drys out your skin summert chronic.

i use this coz i couldnt find a shop that did the mighty grip or the gloves.

its called magnesium liquid chalk, big botle too and u only need a bit, better than powder if u use a pole that has joints, powder gets in the joints

just my 2 cents worth there lol.

I think this is the stuff my friend Poison showed me one day. I put some on but didn't get a chance to try it in action--I was working, it was busy, and there were customers in the backstage/backbar area where I do it when at work. The first has never stopped me, the second usually does for all but a quick bit of fun, but the last always will.

But wow I could tell the stuff was excellent! I'd be willing to bet it's the same or very close to liquid chalk.

She said it was available online, I will find out if it's the same or not.

I would think this would be better than gloves as you could gradually reduce the amount so as to escape a dependency on it/them.
