Tired nude contact dances - how do you protect your health?

I recently started dancing full nude again and I already feel like I have a UTI. It pretty much sucks. I went to urgent care and am now waiting for culture results (they said since I drink a lot of fluids the sample was too deluted blah blah blah...). Now, I've always been very sensitive and have had various issues (mostly bacterial imbalances) while working in nude clubs and the only way I've ever been able to prevent that is by leaving my panties on and only flashing while on stage (full nude contact lap dancing is illegal where I'm from). The thing is that I'm working in a club that does full nude contact dances, grinding and all. I'm not sure if it's so much the grinding as it is completely removing my underwear and then putting them back on.
Anyway, my point is: Do any of you ladies who do nude dances have any tips or tricks to prevent this type of thing?
    Thanks in advance!

I give nude lap dances but we are not allowed to grind. I say keep your pants on while grinding. Also do u touch your vagina during dances? This is the most likely way for bacteria to find its way into your urethra. Hands are full of bacteria esp when we have been touching things at work like poles that many other hands have touched.

If touching your vagina is part of your dance, try to go to the dressing room occasionally and wash your hands. Or if you have a little bag on u, put some anti bacterial hand wash in your bag and use that before dances.

I try not to grind when im naked, or if i do, ill make sure my bits arnt touching the customers jeans/pants or whatever. I use baby wipes at work rather than toilet roll and the anti-bacterial hand stuff which dries on its own as often as i can. Im prone to UTI's so im extra careful, x

Thanks everyone. I don't touch myself when I dance but I have been grinding. I use wipes at work, too but I think it might make things worse sometimes because of the moisture...? I use hand sanitizer and wash my hands a lot, even. I was thinking maybe if I put my panties in a ziplock inside my purse when I dance that might help. I really like the idea of bringing a wash cloth... like a stripper gym towel. Heh. Maybe that and less grinding. Thanks again! I really appreciate all the help!

All the girls in my club bring something to sit on. Usually a little bandanna sized/shaped piece of fabric.

^^ Yup, girlfriend of mine affectionately called hers a "butt towel", haha. It was a really cute piece of fabric she draped over guys' laps.

a girl in my old club had a faux-fur mini-carpet she used. The guys loved it; she made lots of money too.

All my grinding comes from thigh, inner thigh, or ass.
So I've never had an issue.

I think I know who you are talking about... and if it's the same person I don't believe it's faux - rather sheepskin. She uses it on the floor the same way Canadians and some features use blankets to slide around easier and not be sitting on a dirty floor.

    To the OP -

It's pretty rare, but some dancers do carry a handkerchief sort of thing that they lay on customers laps. of course then the problem is making sure you put the same side face down each time. Someone got smart awhile back and started marketing fancy versions of these that the dancers could put down over seats to avoid sitting directly on the seat where all the other dancers had been as well as to avoid having their bottoms stick when the seats are made out of the fake plastic stuff.

Anyhow, I don't really give fully nude dances because of the potential to spread germs. If I were you what I'd suggest is keeping your bottoms on while you are on the customer's lap, and when you aren't try pulling your bottoms down, to the side, etc so the customer gets the "full view" still.

I used to work at a nude club where every girl had to carry a scarf for lapdances, or keep their g-string on. Some girls were really stupid about it though, and would leave their scarves on the "scarf-rack" at the entrance to the couch dance room. And then everyone would use each other's scarves which defeats the purpose. I carried mine in my purse, and so did some of the other girls.

I haven't started dancing yet, but do have experience with UTis, they certainly suck! I found that I'm actually allergic to a lot of those wipes- make sure you're not, because they can cause bacterial imbalances too if you have a reaction to it!

^me too. wipes literally burn me. I can't believe that babies can withstand them. The feminine ones are fine for me though.

There are several things that you could do..First learn to dance where you aren't grinding with the kitty but rather with your ass, thigh,or side.In most places that I've ever worked in like girls carry cloths to drape over the lap.I just cut up and used old satin type sheets or you can go to any fabric store and get 2 or 3 pieces of pretty airy fabric for cheap.Just be sure to wash them offten and never let anyone else use yours.

i just do airdances which are common practice in the uk and i dont go on the pole, would never ever grind on a guy, so you use a butt rag and then go and put your body and hands all over the dirty pole! washing your hands after wont help if your body has been on it and wiping the pole isn't gong to wipe away every germ and steralise it!

Honestly, I'm thinking about just switching clubs... Heh. I don't really grind with the kitty, so to speak, anyway. I really think it has more to do with taking my panties off and then putting them back on (since my panties sometimes fall off of my dress on to the floor, particularly on stage). I know I could just leave my panties on during a LD but the full nudity during the whole dance (they complain that I leave them on for the first couple of songs at this place, even) seems to be what they expect. I have a friend that works at a place that's owned by the same guy that owned my home club up North and it's only about 2 hours away from me. It's topless w/ bikini dances so I'm thinking about just working there instead since UTIs etc. have always been an issue for me in nude clubs (even when I always kept my bottoms on while doing a dance). Thank you, every one, for your opinions, advice and help!

Have you tried full coverage underwear? Maybe it is the thongs that are giving you all the problems. I am prone to BV and urinary infections as well and I hardly ever wear thongs. I noticed the problem really went away when I stopped wearing them. I wear really cute dancer bottoms called "hip half backs." They are very sleek, come in every color, and very cute. They don't look tacky. A lot of stripper websites carry them. I like wearing them a lot better, and I read somewhere that thongs harbor more bacteria than regular underwear, because of it being tighter on the vagina and it being between the buttcheeks.

My old club allowed grinding and at the end of the night my ass was red raw. So glad I don't have to do that now it gets really sore.
