Default Will your dancer persona be my facebook friend?

Hello out there! I am trying to build up a facebook page for my dancer persona. I would love to be friends with some other dancers because right now I am really lacking in the friends department. Thanks for your help!

Just sent you a request. Can you see friend's lists on there? If so, go to my "Industry" list and you'll find some helpful people.

    I added you!

Every stripper needs a Facebook Profile for marketing purposes. It was actually the topic of this week's Strip and Grow Rich newsletter, which I have cut and pasted for anyone who is not on my mailing list. (sign up for the mailing list at www.stripandgrowrich.com)

Hard Times push more women to Strip Clubs, is an interesting article I came across a few weeks ago in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. I usually don't agree with many of the articles that surface in the mainstream media because they tend to sensationalize the urban legend that every stripper makes over $1000 every time she works. This article had a very tenable message: even in a down economy the gentlemen's club industry offers women the opportunity to make a decent living.

One of the key points I'd like to address is reflected in this quote:

"And for good reason. Even in this tough economy, a dancer can clear about $50,000 a year, and that beats working in a dentist's office or selling homes right now."
I addressed this topic in one of my earliest blog entries titled How much do strippers make on a bad night? If you haven't read that entry, take a guess how much per night a stripper needs to make in order to clear $50k. It's not much at all...

Did you look it up? Can you believe it!

Just $200 a night (or $1000/week) is $50k a year. According to the Federal Bureau of Labor and Statistics, the median earnings for females in 2009 was $670 a week. So even if you are just starting out and feel like you are counting out less money at the end of the night than your co-workers, keep in mind that you are still making 45% MORE than the average female in the United States.

Now, if you are reading this newsletter it is because you have the desire to make MORE than that amount per night. This is where we can help.

The OLD model of stripping just doesn't work. What is that model? Check out our Youtube video to preview the SuperStripper business model and how it can help you make more money every time you work. Members you can go directly to the members only video HERE:

I also found this quote interesting "Those who do wind up working in the business soon learn that even nude dancers have to work harder these days, as patrons spend less and don't return as often. The cyber-savvy dancers have turned to social media to hold customers' interest."

Shortly thereafter I read that Americans are spending 5 hours and 45 minutes a day on Facebook...
    Makes sense to me!
We have STEP by STEP instructions on how to set up your dancer Facebook account in the DancerWealth video section- just look for the Facebook logo...
