I have a big problem, I am naturally really skinny and i haate it but I work out 3/4 times a week (lunges/squats with weights and lifting sort of thing) to get some shape to my legs arms but now I am moving and I can't take my weights with me and I dont know what I am going to do! I will be able to go to the gym but not 3/4 times a week but I cant think of effective excersices I can do at home without weights especially leg excersices..any help would be so much appreciated!
