




I don't know shoe brands that well. I tried these one shoe called the something Cumulus. They were AWESOME! Like running on a cloud! But, for over 100 dollars, IDK...
So I went with the cheaper shoe. I get shin splints a lot when I run outside, so when I go running this week I will let you know how they feel! The sales guy said it will help, and also with my ever-so-slight pronation. Barely there, but enough to effect me. So he said. They videod me running, so I guess they must know what they are doing.

Well, here's my update.
Ive lost 2 lbs. My diet is still the same(I never ate unhealthy in the first place), I'm not really trying to loose weight. I only want to tone, and get just the slightest bit of definition. I don't expect to see those results for a few more weeks still.
Urgh. I've actually gained weight this week. I think it's from PMS-ing so I'm being patient and waiting for my period to come so it goes away. I've been busting my ass at the yoga studio-BF just started a 30-day challenge so he's been motivating me to go in even when I don't want to. But I'm at a plateau. I guess I will need to watch my diet and fluid intake more carefully.
My update.. well I stuck to my workout goals for this week as long as I get to the gym tonight! I just measured myself and it looks like I might've lost a half-inch off both my waist and my low waist!
I'm thinking of changing my routine a little bit and adding those "Insanity" workouts you see on infomercials.. found em onlinebut I can't go all out and do it 5 days a week here so just 3, and keeping my weight training and yoga as usual.

I gained one pound. That's a start, lol.
Went ten three minute rounds, 30 second breaks, that's good. Twelve will be easy. I just don't want to push it like I did three years ago and get an injury.

Lost two pounds since the beginning of the month-well, about 2 lbs. from 151.8 to 150.0

Weight: 140
Goal Weight: 130 or 125
Current Exercise Regime: hiking twice a week for an hour, jogging 3 times a week 40min, push ups morning/night, pole fitness twice a week
New Exercise Plan: CRAZY HIKING! jogging longer >_< add 10 extra push ups, dumb bell weights, sit ups GAHH! and longer pole fitness
Pants/Dress Size: dress size i dont know med? pants size a 9 or 11on brand
Desired Pants Size: stay at a 9 my hips and but make it impossible to fit into smaller jeans
Finally pushed through my plateau! I'm down to 152 from being stuck around 157 for a couple weeks. My clothes are starting to fit me differently and even my boobs are a little smaller and perkier. I've been doing yoga long enough that my body has gotten used to it, and I now feel energized during and after class instead of exhausted. Have cleaned up my diet a lot too...and now the occasional soda or night out drinking is a reward instead of something I feel guilty about. And I feel SO much stronger...it's getting a lot easier to climb all over stuff.![]()

I need to tone it up and would like to lose 5lbs. Haven't been 128 in years. But if I could just tone up. I would also like to be able to jog a mile again. Been since 2005.

It's probably time for my update:
I'm working out every day, and I feel pretty good. I kinda slacked on diet and ate doughnuts from krispy kreme the last two nights, but didn't flake on working out. This week is a new week.
