I had the opportunity to participate in such a lawsuit several years ago, but chose not to. I opted to not make my personal information a matter of public record. I opted not to attract potential IRS attention. And most of all I opted to keep myself off the 'unofficial blacklist' drawn up by other clubowners in the same city which would have potentially hurt my future opportunities to work in other clubs.

However, to answer your question, the lawsuit was eventually decided in favor of the dancers. They got a little bit of money in the form of a settlement ... but the club was bankrupted and disappeared forever ( leaving many dancers without a 'job', and making all of the dancers' unredeemed funny money totally worthless ).
