    You don't need to do cardio if you hate it. If you're doing other forms of exercise that get your heart rate up, you're already getting cardiovascular benefits from that. The only thing extra cardio does is burn a few calories, but the better you get at running or whatever, the less it burns. It's much easier to just tighten up your diet than try to cardio off calories.

    As far as blonde or red, either is good if they work for you. The most important thing is that your hair looks healthy.

    At your stats in this province I would not currently attempt getting hired. I'd suggest getting down to 130 and re-evaluating. Once you are already working body shape is less of a big deal, but if you were to go in now the agents would just tell you to lose some weight and come back later.

    You're so cute w such a great butt! Do HIT! That's what I've been doing and my legs are super toned now..it really gets your heart rate going. I'll squat or leg press 100-200 pounds at a high rate/intensity for a minute, or until I can't take it anymore, take a breather, and do it again. It's cardio and weights at the same time lol.oh and find something you love doing exercise-wise cause that's really the only way you will keep it up long, long term IME.
    I wouldn't suggest fire engine red just starting out, but blond would be a winner! Even a strawberry blond.

    Thank you so much HIT is amazing, I started my weight loss journey with it and then began pole fitness because of a chest injury I incurred while doing HIT haha. I absolutely adore pole fitness, I love it and look forward to my workouts and it has actually encouraged me to include other fitness related activities in my life, the thing I suck at is dieting lol. I love me some chocolate and bread. Bread is the bane of my existence.
