Totally forgot to reply to this one before posting my other one!!! Thank you so much! Yes, I agree my tummy and legs need to be tighter, do you think cardio would help with the belly fat? People in my life keep pressuring me to do cardio for weight loss but I hate it and definitely don't see the same results I see when I do pole fitness. Not nit picky at all! I posted in the hopes people would "nit pick" for my future benefit

I was actually thinking of going way blinder than I am now or switching it to fire engine red, which do you think would create the illusion best? Thank you for your advice
