At $20 a dance, how is 3 for $100 a deal whatsoever? That's $40 tacked on for no reason. Is there something I don't get?
As for the subject at hand - try a week on stage and a week off. See how it pans out.
Get the fuck off my harbl, yo'.

I do not mean to sound overly critical, but how does the club feel about you doing that?
In my experience the clubs I have worked at did not allow this practice. Everyone had to charge the same price for dances, there was no undercutting.
I may be mistaken and if I am sorry. But I just had to ask about this.
As for going on stage, the new club which I will be starting at has a house fee of $50, but if you agree to go up on stage for 2 sets (about 4 songs a set) they waive the house fee.
Personally I will be opting for the 2 sets as 36 minutes is not all that long and it will give me time to get back in to the swing of things. It's a good short cardio work out too.
Well isn't the whole point of going on stage to get guys to notice you and see you while you're up there? I think it'd be beneficial to still go on stage because you're kind of advertising for yourself... and you're keeping that $40 you keep paying to skip the stage.

I'm confused because she's not undercutting at all... Also, she said 5/100 was the "deal", not 3/100. Either way, she is not lowering the house fee and jeopardizing other dancer's money...
Anyway, two things: 1. My old club said we could charge as much as we wanted, as long as we didn't undercut (i.e. charge less than the house fee), so I'm assuming yours is like that too...?
2. I think Anna Banana makes a GREAT point in saying that guys get to see you up on the stage. Unless your club is really small and every guy can see you from mostly everywhere in the club or you're a terrible dancer (which I'm sure you're not if you're already making money!), I'd say go for it. At least one or two nights, especially if it's really packed inside and you may not be able to make rounds to everyone in the club. That way guys know you're available.

My first set always get me in the mood. I love to dance and I would not give up my first set. After the first set though, if I am ont he couch, the DJ skips me. In theory, we can stay on the couch all night and never have to go up (except Friday and Saturday)
