I am SO happy you all posted your issues with anxiety! I have very similar, if not exactly the same problems as a couple of you. Thank you for sharing as this is exactly what I needed to read this evening. I am having trouble getting myself to go to work tonight...again...because the anxiety is so bad. It isn't always this way...but on the days it is, it's such a struggle to get through.
I also find working out, meditating, breath work & yoga help.

I had a pretty bad anxiety attack at work recently. Recently my anxiety has flared up and its hard to control sometimes. Xanax helps with this, for me at least
I have agoraphobia. Tell me how THAT works! LOL. My prescription Valium helps me get me through the night.




when I was younger I would get these anxiety attacks where it was like my body would go numb (especially my face) or like there was too much pressure in my face and I would get a strong metallic taste in my mouth.
Last night at work was bad. I went into work thinking that I would feel great but instead I just didn't feel right. I do drink a lot of coffee by the time I got to work I was pretty caffeine-d out. I am usually all jittery on caffeine so I will get a customer to buy me a drink first thing. It felt/sounded like customers were saying negative things about me. I kept thinking they were saying awful things about me, making fun of me. Maybe they were. It was a crap crowd, the young non-spending-douche-bag bring-your-girlfriend-to-the-strip-club crowd that seems to have taken over.
