Default we lost six dancers in one week, time to move?

You might have seen my previous thread about slow business at my club..ever since Valentines day it's been dead, many girls are walking out in the red. We are a non-alcoholic club with a 12 dollar cover situated next to two other clubs who serve alkie, have a lower cover , and advertise (and are bigger clubs)

Both of the more popular clubs aren't hiring so I've hesitated moving on..

Now I'm wondering how the loss of dancers will affect our own club. I've had more than one guy tell me that they come in to our club, see just a few dancers, and turn around to go to another club with multiple girls on stage. This makes sense to me.

One the one hand less dancers makes hooking a customer easier, one night they only had three dancers and each girl walked out with over 900 bucks. On the other hand it probably doesn't look too good if we don't have many dancers.

I have a gut feeling this club isn't going to make it much longer. Best to jump ship now..but again I've been hesitating since the other two clubs aren't hiring. There are other less known clubs in the area but again I don't want to get stuck at a so-so club and then turn around and leave that one after a few weeks..

I would personally stick around. See how the change goes, if it does seem worse, look else where, dont quit, but check who will hire you.

As long as you are still averaging good money you should probably stay. If you were walking out in the red almost every night I would say to move on, but it doesn't sound like you are.
    Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

same as Kylea-if YOU are making ok $$$, then stay. If not, then go.
