Default Probably the millionth post about Vegas...but have some queries!

Has anyone worked in Vegas as of late? I am planning to head there during spring break 29th March -3rd of April. Does this time of year suck? Has anyone got good advice on where to work? I have worked at Sapphire before and didn't mind it to much.

Any info would be fantastic thanks anyone

    Hello there!

I've worked in Vegas my entire 3-ish year dancing career. I love it out here. I'm mostly in non-alcohol clubs since I just turned 21 in January, but I've started branching into the topless bars in the last couple of months.

As it stands from what I've seen, end of March to beginning of April is still sort of slow. I don't have trouble taking home my "make it worth my night" money these days, but with how the economy has been with the substantially lower amount of tourist activity (as someone who was born and raised in this city, the Strip is a SCARY place now. It's like a freaking ghost town!) the days of consistent VERY high paying nights are sorta gone. At least for now. I'm holding out hope!

Since you worked at Sapphire, I'm assuming you like the larger and more high-hustle clubs. Spearmint Rhino can be a little intimidating, but it's still a great club with a lot of money to be made. Good friend of mine who works there on weekends and at my club on weekdays just had a solid $2,000 night off of multiple customers, so it's not like she just got lucky with a guy who loved her. If you can handle the pressure, the big clubs like SR, Sapphire, Crazy Horse 3 and Rick's are doing pretty well.

Rick's is very hit or miss. It's also a dirty club these days - the stuff I see going on ON THE FLOOR is sort of shocking. I'm not talking the regular high contact Vegas style of dancing, I mean the blatant extras. Another girl on here was recently there this past weekend and despite being a wonderful personality, gorgeous girl, and fantastic saleswoman, only took home about $300 after fees and tipouts.

SR, Sapphire, and CH3 are about the same as always. Some dirty girls, plenty of clean girls. Management is about the same as always.

Housefees aren't too exorbitant. The big clubs were all in the $50-$90 range as of the last time I checked, about a month ago. "Mandatory" tipouts to DJ and stuff are about the same as always - 10%.

Any girls currently working in a larger club are free to correct me if I'm giving out misinformation, the only stuff I have is from good friends who I trust to be honest, but that's only going to be one or two girls' opinion out of the bajillion that work.

As it stands for me, working in an 18+ juice bar, my house fee is $70 per night, and it's easy to make at LEAST $100 after all fees and tipouts, even on very slow nights. I've only been back to dancing after an injury for a few weeks now, and my hustle is off as fuck; but I've had a few good $500+ nights. The money isn't the same as it was before I started dancing, nor it is half as good or as easy as it was when I FIRST started dancing, but there's definitely money to be made and it's still worth your time if you're a good hustler.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!

    Thanks Babe,

Your a legend, doesn't sound to shabby. I'm going to go on the 29th until the 3rd so we will see how it goes. I had a normal job for 8mths so 300+ a night is worth my while compared to 500 per fortnight I was working in the normal world. Thank you so much for all this info though. Much appreciated.

    Thanks heaps

Since AVN & CES it's not happening ... well it's happening at Rhino but it's always happening there. The crazy thing is Jan - March is suppose to be the HIGH season ... my how times have changed! ... in a bad way.

A gal I know started working at Sapphire about a month ago ... I heard through the grapevine she's making money (don't know how much) and she's happy.

There isn't money at Rick's. Beautiful club, great management and they have a decent amount of customers but dam if they're buying dances. It's a struggle there.

Crazy Horse 3 personally for me has the ghetto vibe. Worked for 2 hours, left, and never looked back.

Paradise is hit or miss. If you're a hard hustler you can make money.

Vegas isn't what it use to be

If you're coming to work don't have any expectations and count on making money while you're here ... wouldn't want to see you disappointed.

I personally would recomend the smaller clubs here in Vegas honestly. I am born and raised here and have danced for about 6 years ( mostly topless) and not only do the large clubs reject me quite often they are very dirty at times and alot of psychological hassle. If you want more information please PM me. I can give you information from a dancer and customer viewpoint.
